Excellent Service Again
Having new windows installed led to our current blinds being bent slightly out of shape. Crosby Blinds gave a very acceptable quote and arranged a date within two days. Andrew turned up on time and refitted four blinds in less than an hour. Blinds now as good as new. Would recommend to anyone.
Customer service is excellent and quality is high
Customer service is excellent, quality of the blind is far better than other blinds i have seen. Was able to have just the colour i wanted which was a farrow and ball colour which i have not found other blind companys do. Easy to put up and looks fabulous well worth the money a high quality product. Highly recommend this company.

Great blinds and great service. …
Recently purchased two different types of blinds from Crosby blinds. Both were excellent quality and fitted perfectly. One issue with the courier (DPD) delivered a damaged box which had slightly dented a side rail. Jenny and the team were very responsive and were prepared to sort it out if needed.
I would definitely use Crosby blinds again should I need any more blinds.

Buyer Beware
I expect a blind to last until I change the decor, at least 3 to 5 years. The blind specifically the pull cord failed little over a year after fitting. The warrantee was one year. The blind + VAT and delivery was £94, I was offered a repair costing £35 + VAT + £10 redelivery = £52. I appealed under the consumer rights act 2015.
Section 9, 10 and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 require goods of satisfactory quality, that are fit for purpose and which are as described. Liability for substandard goods cannot be restricted or otherwise excluded, pursuant to s.31 of the Act, despite any terms and conditions to the contrary. To be clear, these rights act independently of any guarantee that may or may not have been provided in respect of the works.
Crosby Blinds stood by the 1 year.
Costs including time, effort, and emotional energy for establishing the reason for the pull cord failure by an independent party and pursuing enforcement conditional on the assessment are higher than I wish to pay. My warning Buyer Beware.
Blocout 40 Roller Blind
Crosby Blinds had a good selection available to order via their online store. I ordered a Blocout roller blind for my daughters bedroom. The online ordering was straight forward. Email notifications confirmed the order details. I asked for an update closer to the projected delivery and Jen responded very quickly to my enquiry. All in all a very positive buying experience. Based on this I'd definitely recommend Crosby Blinds.
Excellent service and product
We have been buying blinds from Crosby over a 10 year period and have always been so well looked after. And we love the blinds, of course! We usually buy Perfect Fit for regular windows and will never go back to any other sort. More recently we got 2 very large, automated, blinds for garden doors. I was nervous about getting everything just right and was helped at every step by the Support team. Again we are extremely pleased with the product. Very happy to recommend Crosby.

Exceptional customer service
After our blind was damaged in delivery while we were on holiday the customer service team were exceptional in kindly arranging for it to be replaced at no charge even though we hadn’t reported the damage in accordance with the timescales in their terms and conditions.

Pleased with blinds for the ground floor, so ordered again for the first floor.
One of the worst experience I’ve ever…
One of the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered 2 blinds and just one arrived. Had to email and ring them numerous times for an update and every time they seemed confused and not able to provide a clear response. After waiting for a few more weeks I’ve told them that I no longer need their blind as the wait was too long so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me for the one blind that has not been send. They refused by saying that the blind was out for delivery and it wasn’t because I had to wait over a month for the blind to be delivered only to find out that the entire blind was full of dents, scratches and uneven cuts. I’ve taken pictures of it and sent it to them and they blamed the delivery company. When I asked them again for a refund they accepted and asked me to dispose the blind only to find out a month later that the refund had not been processed. When I contacted them again they told me to send them back the damaged blind if I wanted the refund. How ridiculous and embarrassing. Luckily I still had the blind in my garage and when back from abroad I’ve sent it back to them and had my refund.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Embarrassing customer service and poor product quality
Outstanding service
Outstanding service! Crosby's website gives a 4-5 week turnaround for own fabric roller blinds so I was astounded to receive my order six days from sending the fabric.
Not bad for East Anglia to Scotland and back (and making in between).
On top of that the blind is beautifully made and looks a treat. Thank you Crosby Blinds

Expensive and not what was expected
Poor experience with this company. Over-priced and poor after sales customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on our purchase. They don’t listen to your concerns and valid points but churn out statistics and ‘facts’ AFTER they’ve taken your money. Why wouldn’t we assume the back of a blind was the same colour as the front unless your website stated otherwise. No good explaining after we paid £170 for a tiny blind. It doesn’t even look white on the back as you can see the grey - just looks a dirty white. Never been more disappointed with a company.
The mention of an offer of replacement at discounted price is incorrect. There was never a mention of discounted price - just to replace at a cost.
And the reverse clearly showing white in the images - yes it does. But the inner side!
There was indeed no mention of it being self coloured but it also did not say the only side not displayed in the image was a different colour!

Beautifully Made & Excellent Quality
We bought 3 motorised blinds from Crosby Blinds and are extremely pleased with the result. The blinds are beautifully made and excellent quality. We had some issues pairing the remote to the blinds but was able to make a quick phone call to Crosby Blinds. They were very helpful and friendly and talked us through various troubleshooting solutions. The blinds are now working perfectly.
Brilliant service and helpful staff
I have used Crosby blinds for 7 Top Up Bottom Down Blinds for some huge windows on a church project and their technical support has been excellent.
