Be aware this company also goes by the name micrscopic.com. This is a total Scam! I did not receive the item order, the company said it was out of stock so they sent me plastic hair pins that are not worth what I paid. They refuse to give me a refund for the total amount they charged which is more than what is on the order confirmation.

I ordered 4 pairs of goggles back in April of 2025, they sent a bogus tracking number which I guess satisfies PayPal's crummy service. PayPal was NO help with my dispute, they sided with the seller since they provided tracking despite me wasting over 65 and NEVER receiving the product. The seller was contacted multiple times with no response. Also, I have absolutely no faith in PayPal after this, I will use a credit card in the future. Pathetic

This company is a SCAM unfortunately. Found out the hard way. Ordered swim goggles that stated they were shipped within the US… all the tracking info said in Ireland customs for over a month. All of a sudden “delivered” status showed with no item, and instructions to check with the post office. Of course the tracking number was invalid. Do not buy anything from them!!!!

WARNING - CHINESE COMPANY & This company is running a SCAM! I orders 3 sets of swim goggles for my grandchildren and they kept leading me on with supply chain delays. Over two months later and a war with Pay Pal they refused to refund the purchase. The item was never received and they will not provide any tracking number for the transfer to USPS! Chinese tracking and a big shell game. Shame on PayPal for doing business with these SCAMMERS! Seller was VENET1CO.NET- criminals!

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 pair of goggles for my grandchildren and they NEVER arrived. I have been arguing about this with the company for 2 months and I have not gotten any refund or pkg. They have terrible customer service and no phone number to call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

They charged PayPal almost $6.71 over the price shown on the order confirmation and when I disputed it, they said it was "because the difference in the amount charged is due to additional fees, shipping charges, or currency conversion rates." According to package tracking, 7 days later, my order is still in Ireland where it is being shipped from.

Ordered goggles for 3 children that says one size fits all. I reached out after a month of not receiving kept saying in transit ect, then they finally pushed it through and received it another month later... The product is NOT one size fits all my children are 8, 11 and 15. The product hurts their face and leaves a huge red mark on their nose when they just tried it on for not even a full minute. Ask to return and get refund and they wanted photos even though i explained nothing was wrong with product besides the fact that their sizing guide is not true, the goggles would fit a infant or toddler so it is not one size fits all. They then offered me a refund of $5 and told me I would need to cover shipping return costs of $50

I didn't receive my item for two months. First I was sent tracking showing the item had be shipped from Denmark. When I questioned it, they sent me the correct tracking from China. It took them 2 weeks to ship and one month to get to New York. Then it took two weeks to get to me from New York. They blamed it on tariffs and the shipping company updating their software. They also said they would expedite the package which they did not. They pose as a US based business, don't fall for it. I did receive a partial refund after filing a complaint through PayPal.

Horrible, I ordered on IG, realized that they advertised these weed pullers for less, immediately wrote and said cancel. They did not. This order has been in transit from Spain since 4/26. They say that it's all Trump's fault yet now the order is in Montana. Do not trust them do not order from theme. Paypal is not black listing them, if you order be prepared to lose $$$.

Weed pullers took three and a half weeks to arrive. When they were delivered, they were in boxes about 7" square. Inside were the metal weed-puller parts only - no handles were included and there is no way to attach them to handles, even if I wanted to. Not as pictured on Facebook and not usable as delivered. Return process is excruciating. We'll see how it works out.

I have been waiting for months for my order and it is not been sent to me yet this is getting ridiculous... Please refund my money

Ordered two sets of two swim goggles that were supposed to be anti-fog and anti-reflective. THREE months later they arrived and are neither anti-fog nor anti-reflective. Genuine pieces of crap.

Ordered the body coverage perfector lotion and after waiting right at 2 months to receive it, it's garbage. Never again!

If I could give LESS than 1 star I WOULD!! When I ordered my weed puller, I expected to receive what was advertised. If they are just going to send you the metal puller itself WITHOUT a handle, then advertise someone trying to pull weeds with just that, and see how easy it is. Then when I sent pictures of what I received, they said that their system shows that there is no handle. If that's the case, at least give me the opportunity to PURCHASE a handle on the website. Then they said "as a sign of GOODWILL (MY A**), we would like to offer compensation of $8.00. Wow, what a deal. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Ordered what I thought was going to be a Grandma's weed puller as shown in the creative advertising. The shipping took forever- just over a month. When they ( yes I was stupid enough to order )!!arrived I was dismayed to find that they came without poles or even screws to attach a pole. No paperwork or instructions. Do not trust! Will not refund and they won’t give me any address to return the merchandise. They definitely scammed me! Don’t order from them. The ad I saw was on Facebook. It stated 90 day returns. I didn’t receive until 28 May 25 and I have been trying since then to get a refund and return items!

Do not buy from this company!! Total ripoff!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered & the tracking said not delivered then 3 weeks later it said it was delivered 3 weeks ago. When I contacted the company they kept saying the same thing to contact the shipper but would not resolve the issue. Scam & terrible customer service.
