We’ve just had shutters fitted by Cross Blinds and Shutters. From the measuring to the fitting of the shutters, which were on large bay windows, I can’t fault this company for the service they provided. Thanks guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone who is thinking about fitting shutters.

Inferior products
Inferior products and not the best quality. I placed tge order on Thursday afternoon and got a quote from another company on Monday morning comparable quote was OVER 30% cheaper but it was too late to cancel as it was over the 24 to 48 hours and they had already started making tge blinds in China. Would not bother with them.

Resposta da Cross Blinds & Shutters
Hi Waseem,
We're disappointed to read this review as we don't believe it reflects what actually happened.
During your appointment, you personally selected the style, colours and specifications of your bespoke blinds and shutters before deciding to proceed. At no stage were you under any obligation to place an order. Once you were happy with everything, you signed our order agreement and paid your deposit.
Approximately just less than a week after placing your order, you contacted us to advise that you had obtained a quotation from another company at a lower price and asked if the order could be cancelled. We contacted our manufacturer to see if this was possible, however by that stage your bespoke order had already entered production and cancellation was no longer possible.
Following this, you sent us a text message stating, "Just leave the order as it is and I will not go with the other company." We therefore proceeded in accordance with your instructions, and your bespoke blinds and shutters were subsequently supplied and professionally installed.
We fully appreciate that customers are entitled to compare quotations and choose whichever company they prefer. However, we always recommend doing so before entering into a binding agreement. Once a bespoke order has been signed, approved and placed into production, we are bound by our manufacturer's terms and cannot simply cancel the order because a lower quotation has been obtained elsewhere.
We also note your comment describing our products as "inferior". These are the same bespoke products that you personally selected and approved before placing your order. As such, we do not believe this is a fair or accurate representation of either the products supplied or the service we provided.
We wish you all the best.
From measuring to fitting, brilliant!

Excellent service
Steven came out to look at a broken blind we had, within 10 minutes he had sorted it. No fuss & no mess, we were only charged the call out charge.
He had a look at a couple of other blinds & gave us his honest opinion, which we really appreciated.
Would definitely recommend them, we will certainly use them when it is time for new blinds.
