We first selected Crossover for the launch in London of the first Rumble Gym outside of France in 2019 and we've never regretted our choice. They have since supported us for our other locations and UK projects.
Their teams' dedication, organisation and communication is always exemplary. More importantly, the quality of their work and ability to find solutions whenever facing a new technical challenge has been simply impressive.
They are known to be the reference when it comes to high-end or complex AV fitness projects and proved it over the past 5 years with us.

We raised an enquiry for a office upgrade. We had an initial conversation about our requirements and went through the effort to send images and requested information. Following this we got radio silence from this company and did not respond to any further follow ups or emails. They obviously do not want our business!

We understand the frustration caused by lack of follow-up, and for that, we are very sorry. Your feedback is very valuable to us; it highlights an area where we need to improve. Clearly your experience shows our team that when our pre-sales department is exceptionally busy, and when this is combined with unplanned staff absence, early-stage pre-sales enquiries are at risk of falling off the radar.
This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and because of your feedback we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure that enquiries are closed-off properly should we not be in a position to quote for a certain piece of work.

I have been working with and for Crossover now for over two years. They are a wonderfully proactive and professional company. Their attention to detail is second to none. Communication and an consultative approach is on of their stand out skills which in my opinion make them stand out from some of their industry peers.
Crossover have been fantastic all through the ten years we have worked together. Putting in our system, maintaining it and upgrading it and recently doing a major upgrade. A great tea, responsive, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.
110 Rochester Row have been Crossover clients for the best part of a decade. We have recently had an AV overhaul and once again crossover were our choice for this delicate task, we also use their services when clients request AV support and their team are knowledgeable and friendly.

Crossover AV first upgraded and expanded our existing delivery in the largest of our conference spaces in 2017. They next did the same for our penthouse meeting rooms in 2018. Both projects were delivered in an extremely professional and timely manner, and understanding of our idiosyncrasies as an organisation. Since 2017, we've held a preventative maintenance contract with Crossover AV, who have proven consisitent and effective in resolving the very few issues and intergrating new hardware.
I can recommend Crossover AV to any business or charity (as we are) who require bespoke, robust solutions to their AV delivery. The Crossover team are responsive, friendly and experienced.
For the past 3 years, Crossover has been installing and planning a hotel called Artotel Hoxton, the joint work and support of Crossover is professional and reliable.
