Have been disappointed twice when I transfer money using this platform and it takes a full day before it is received with no explanation. Example is today where by I sent money to my own wallet from which I wanted to make urgent payments. This was in the morning and up to now nothing has been sent and no one is picking up you phone. Please explain what is going on. Thanks
