I ordered shoes for my son for christmas 2025, confirmed everything via email with a rep in November. Never received the shoes, or a tracking number. Tried to contact them and no response via email or phone and the web site is now down.

Came as described

I have waited almost a month for my order and finally received it with no communication when asking for tracking etc. it just showed up and it was the wrong size. I ordered a us10/43 and received an us13/46. Trying to get a response to get the correct order but it is hard to get ahold of them.

I got two pair of shows one One cement 4's that had some brown stuff on them (look terrible), some black canvas 4's that looked bad quality wise. They are not responding to my emails about getting a refund. Please be careful.

i posted a negative review back on August 2,2024 due to miscommunication. The issue was resoved and i have received my items. The shipping was in fact too slow but the item was received and the products were as described. Please disregard the previous bad review. Crossrep is a trusted company and i will do business in the near future. The acting operation manager Mr. HAWTHORNE was in fact helpful and answered all of my questions.

Watch out ordering from this site. I placed a order and did not receive a tracking number until I reached out to them for three days straight. I received a tracking number for a package that has not even moved and this was over three weeks ago. My order was placed on 6/7 and they have stopped responding. The shoes on the site look nice and good quality but you may not even receive your shoes.

The shoes are of great quality. Ive bought 6 pairs. 3 kobe, 1 dunk, and 2 aj travis scotts. All fit great and no issues with material.

The Quality is great! probably better than retails. took 10-15 days to arrive internationally.

Great quality shoes. 1:1 replicas and extremely durable. I was worried about sizing but the fit is true to size(Jordan 1) and overall very comfortable. Shipping took an understandable amount of time but I was extremely pleased with the product. Also comes in original boxing with extra laces.
