Crossrope Jump Ropes Avaliações 

Ordered some crossropes and they got lost in the mail. They have little to no customer service. I tried contacting them and the only way was via email. They just kept saying wait, wait longer, wait even longer. Only when I filed a complaint with my credit card did they reply. Even then it was, wait more.
This is by far the worst company ever. I would rather smoke a turd in hades than order from them again.
As of this review, it has been weeks since ordering and the ropes still aren’t here.

I bought this rope based on a recommendation from the WodPrep team, where I also purchased a yearly subscription to learn Double Unders.

Before ordering, I provided all my details, including my height and current rope size, and was explicitly told that size M would be the right fit. That advice turned out to be completely wrong.

After using the rope for a while, I struggled when doing DU, and it’s practically unusable for double unders because it’s clearly too short. My WodPrep coach later confirmed that I should be using a larger size, which only highlights how poor the original recommendation was. This role is not resizeable.

It’s extremely frustrating because I went out of my way to ask for guidance before buying, and instead of getting proper support, I ended up wasting money and now have to purchase another rope. This could have easily been avoided with competent advice.

Firstly I couldn’t pay for the rope due to website issues, now I’ve paid but no rope has arrived and no updates from the company. I’ve messaged several times asking for an update or a refund but no response. Next stop I’ll be contacting my bank to raise a dispute.
Edit: they did get back to me eventually. They said my order was lost during a warehouse change. Anyway, rope arrived quickly once they resolved issue and it is good!

My husband's birthday is coming up and I saw he was researching skipping ropes on this website. I tried a dozen times over several days to order a skipping rope, but the website was having issues, so I left my details with the chatbot and expected an email the next day. Instead I got bombarded with sales emails and promo emails. NO REPLY to my issue.
Then after another few failed attempts to add the rope to my cart and pay ( it never allowed me to add the rope) I found an email address for customer support.
After some back and forth with Jenny , explaining the issues at length and how I tried to purchase this over several days , I was asked for screen shots and provide a detailed break down of issues. I spent my work lunch break screen shotting and summarising the issues for them.
They have little to no interest in retaining or generating new business. No discount offered, no good will etc. I didnt buy the rope in the end as they dont deserve the 175 euro. Theyve gone bust in Australia according to google, with this attitude its not long till it happens worldwide. STEER CLEAR.

The rope itself is amazing. Its just ridiculous that you can't use the app and free jump without having to pay a subscription.

Something about milking a cow(customers)?

I am highly dissatisfied with the support and resolution provided by Crossrope. After submitting a warranty claim for an issue with my AMP handles, the claim was denied. The recommended solution from the support team was to purchase a replacement AMP Battery.

However, I discovered that the replacement AMP Battery is unavailable for purchase or shipment to France, making the proposed solution completely unworkable for a customer in this region.

When I raised this issue, the support's alternative was to offer a 20% discount on an entirely new set of AMP handles. This is an unacceptable solution. I should not be forced to buy a full product replacement, even with a discount, when I only need the single spare part that they recommended.

This experience highlights a significant limitation in Crossrope's customer support and logistics. When a simple, recommended spare part is not available to a customer in a major European country, and the only alternative is an expensive, unnecessary upgrade, it severely diminishes confidence in the brand and any future purchases. I still require an actionable solution for acquiring the replacement AMP battery in France. Future customers should be aware of these support and inventory limitations.

I got the kathy jumps beaded rope and splash mat and it's the best rope I've ever had after years of snapping pvc, wire and beaded ropes from other brands and the wear giving me metal splinters and the degradation affecting the quality of the skipping, this is perfect. It turns out I could stack the tricks beautifully, it was my previous ropes at fault and this is perfect and so ergonomic, handles and all. BEST ROPE EVER!

Don't buy their AMP handles (Bluetooth ones) - it's completely a SCAM. You have to pay a yearly subscription for their app (which costs the same as the handles themselves) and you cannot return these handles. Also, their app doesn't work if you don't want to share your location, it's just a SCAM + that stole your private data.
You still can buy regular ones, but do you want to with that approach to their clients? It's up to you.

I’ve been using the ropes for over a year now and it has improved my cardio health by so much and didn’t even notice I was improving. A lot of the training sessions are so easy to follow, but can get soooo intense. The price is a point of contention for a lot of people but honestly, as someone who does not want to go to the gym, and need direction on what to do, this is an amazing investment instead. There are different workouts to do everyday, and if you want to, you can join challenges and get competitive with other users.

The Bluetooth handles have lasted me some time now and I haven’t had any complaints about them. They can handle the different rope weights very well and are fairly accurate in counting. The ropes have obviously been used up a little, but provided that I use them daily, it’s to be expected + I’m surprised they’ve lasted this long.

I have been using interations of the Crossrope jump rope for as long as I can remember. It has been more than a fitness tool - it’s been a companion through injury rehabilitation, my favorite travel buddy, and has allowed me access to an amazing community of jumpers. The product is top notch, the technology is wonderful and useful and exactly what you need to stay motivated. I jump rope daily and highly recommend the Crossrope for all levels of fitness!

I’ve been using Crossrope for a year and a half now and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. AMP has motivated me to work harder, set and meet goals, and work muscles differently than other types of exercise. I’ve lost weight and built muscles that I haven’t seen since my 20s. For the first time I actually look forward to my daily workouts and love seeing my progress through the app. Highly recommend the amp set!!

Cross rope is an integral part of my weekly workout routine. This is not your typical skipping rope, this is next level training. Don’t forget to get your mat with your purchase. Would recommend to any level of fitness training!

Have been a Crossrope user and fan for almost 10 years. The quality of the ropes and handles, as well as the continued push to develop products for the user has to be some of the best in the fitness industry.

The high quality weighted ropes plus the app have been an amazingly positive fitness tool daily for 5+ years now, worth every penny and the customer support is the best I have ever seen. The app helps me stay consistent. At 65 years old I am in the best shape ever, gaining strength (the 2lb rope is my favorite), skills and speed every day. There are more workouts and classes than I have time for. The app is versatile and ever improving--top notch! I've had the AMP handles for over a year. They make it fun to meet my personal jump targets, watch my pace, and keep count of my jumps! I look forward to meeting my daily monthly and annual jump count goals.

I love my AMP handles and 1lb ropeless option! The bluetooth pairing with the app and music help to keep me motivated by tracking my jumps. I’ve even travelled with my set and it was amazing being able to use it in my airbnb and hotel rooms. I believe fees imposed when accepting or returning a package is usually due to the customs duties/taxes and not typically the fault of the company! Sad to see these other reviews faulting Crossrope for this. They have provided me with nothing but exceptional customer service.

I don't understand why so many people are saying the ropes are bad and the customer service is terrible or non existent.
I've been using crossropes for 9 years and all my ropes have lasted many months no matter where I jump. I jump daily for 40 min and give the ropes hell. I've received nothing but excellent customer service. The amp handles clearly state that a membership is required for the App. It's right there on the website next to the handles. They cost more than other ropes but when you are serious about jumping rope, there is no better ropes out there, imo.

That's a joke. I've been buying like all of us stuff of the internet for the last 25 years, that's the first time I come across such a useless portal. For 2 days now I've been trying to buy the get lean set and it just doesn't let me complete the check out process. I live in UK. I've tried every different browser,, nothing. Absolutely useless portal.

AMP Handles

Ordered AMP Handles in order to let them count my jumps via the app so I could concentrate on the jumps only. I knew the app but didn't use is as I just do free jumping, not one of their excercises. For me it didn't become clear that you MUST have a very expensive membership to use the AMP handles at all. The handles do not work without the membership. As I want the handles to count the jumps only they are useless for me. Return was no problem. Unfortunately the return is possible on your own expense only which means I have to write off 20% of the original costs. Nowadays this kind of policy is out of date. I have ropes from them and they are fine, but as soon as they have to be replaced I will go with another supplier who is more customer friendly

Only purchased over 2 months, the rope already broken ( the half piund one split open) ....not worth the price
