Bought this mostly to fill an empty spot and now I'm wondering how thhe room looked without it. It's subtle, but somehow makes eeverything else look more put together. Arrived with no damage and was ready to go almost straight out of the box.

Hi Bethany, thanks for your review. We are happy to hear everything went well with your order!
It took long time to deliver although the website suggests it's UK based. The product was not what I ordered. The picture of the clock dissepeared from the net cooincidnetly. The company offered the refund if I shipped the product to New Zeland for evaluation.

Hi Alina, thanks for your review. I have had a look into your case and I can see we have requested images of the clock so we can get you sorted, please respond to that when you can. We have also removed the item from our website due to the quality issue with this!
This is one of those purchases where people assume you've spent more than you actually have. Finish is clean, the proportions are good and it doesn't have that flimsy feel I was worried about.

Hi Jack, we are glad to hear that you liked the lamp that you got from us! We look forward to serving you again in the future.
I can honestly say that this is a trustworthy company and you can order from Crown and Casement with complete confidence. I placed two orders with them, the first order was disappointing but I was fully refunded, no quibbling at all. The second order was beautiful and I'm very happy with it. I even received a partial refund for this order too, due to a price drop. I would order from this company again in a heat beat and would like to thank them for their great customer service.

Hi Jen, thanks very much for your kind words! We are glad that you had a good experience and look forward to serving you again in the future.
So disappointed.
It took about a month to arrive and when it did, it’s not what was on pictures :(. The kitchen utensils are miniature and the octopus cup holder can’t hold cups as per pictures advertised,
It is too small aka cheap looking - painted plastic! Would Never buy from this site again.

Hi Viktor, thank you for your review! We look forward to serving you in the future.
This tripod lamp looks more expensive than it was. The shade was a little finicky to snap together, but it looks fine now.
