I am happy with my experience so far
I started using Crownexis after seeing information on the BBC news, and i thought i’d give it a go. The company were helpful right from the beginning, they answered all my questions and worries and made me feel at ease.
My account manager, Hugo, is lovely. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and treats me like a normal person even though i’m not investing hundreds of thousands. He doesn’t make me feel any less because i’m not a big money maker.
I am seeing good successes with the investments, and Hugo’s knowledge and expertise are key to that.

My account number is 410104066 at crownexis, Just for response to the company if they intend to return my money.
I have the same story as many people I asked for withdrawal of 249.99 US dollars and they insist to be BTC address which I have no idea about it and not prepared to learn it.
Simply I asked for my money (small sum just < £200) and they made it impossible to refund to my bank account despite insisting for administration fees to be applied
I am still waiting for their response

Do not trust this company at all.
I contacted crownexis on the 14 September 2026 because I saw the advert on how to make money using their AI bot.
Admittedly it was very impressive.
I paid my £120.00 as they asked for.
I slept on it overnight then asked for a refund.
Someone called frank then told me to create a BTC wallet, I explained I didn’t have one.
I went to the customer support side and filled in for my refund, unfortunately this does not process.
I’ve been ripped off so please anyone that’s wanting to trade with these people.
Don’t.
Keep your money in your bank and give them a wide birth, this is a SCAM company.
Don’t trust a word they say to you because all they want from you is your money.
Please be warned.

Repeat spam calls
I asked for information but am now being pestered with 5 calls or more per day from similar but not identical numbers. Fortunately most calls come up as spam. I've asked the callers repeatedly to stop calling. I've blocked at least 10 numbers in the last three days. No genuine company would behave in this way.
I wish on this site one could give 0 or even negative stars

I am not a follower but chose Crownexis from many available, from the beginning Steven Parker worked with me and was sensitive to my terrible financial situation so I didn't feel bad about it, by the second day I was adding to my investment already.

I filed a negative Review on 2…
I filed a negative Review on 2 September, which prompted several calls from Customer Support.
The end result is that they have refunded my money to the original account (despite insisting it be repaid in unacceptable Bitcoin) for which I thank them.
I would still advocate extreme caution by any potential 'investor' but am satisfied that 'my' issue has been resolved.

Spam site. Continually ask for more money. No way to withdraw your funds...claims you need a bitcoin wallet but operatives tell you that you can withdraw to banks. Website has no contact details and is linked to fake news. Replied to four 5star reviews positively but when the SAME PERSON left a bad review claimed they did not know him. Steer clear.

Preyed on my elderly mother, constant phone calls to her. No way to withdraw deposit unless you have a Bitcoin wallet and not even sure that works either.
Company is not regulated by FCA as based in Africa. Avoid. Do not deposit, you will lose that money.
