Purchased Vitamin D3 & K2. I was concerned about the high levels involved in this supplement after hearing it can have a negative effect. I’m not an expert but asked if 51000 in per week is good.. I was told that as it wasn’t a daily supplement it was ok but I can’t find any evidence to back this up , nor can I find evidence to support intermittent intake as beneficial over daily. I’ve asked for an address to return the unopened items but the communication has gone completely silent despite gentle reminders… who’d have thought buying a supplement could cause such problems.

Ordered Cistanche and Tongkat Ali+Fagodia combination. They charge for delivery even for an expensive order like that
When it finally arrived I discovered that they had sent the wrong item - Tongkar Ali extract and not the blend with Fagodia.
So I emailed them and they asked me to send the proof. Which I did.
And then nothing. Silence. Just ignored.
I don't expect to have to keep chasing them. They haven't sent the correct item. They haven't provided any refund. They haven't even apologised. For a supplement company to send the wrong item is pretty serious and they seem unwilling to do anything about it.
FSA will need to know about this.
And by the way, the 5 star reviews here that "love" the company are hardly genuine.
UPDATE - they have now responded telling me to mail back (go to post office and send it back to them) the incorrect packet that THEY sent out and ONLY then will they issue the correct item that I have already paid for. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEIR AUDACITY?
The lie and dishonesty in this that they did NOT send me any return label as they are now claiming. Are they hoping I resign and give up? They have made me even more determined to hold these cowboys to account.
The founder / owner is a dishonest charlatan and this company he has started is exactly that. If you want to make sure you receive genuine supplements and honest customer service avoid them at all costs.

Odered some supplements and yet to receive, I contacted company and they advised it has been in transit 6-7 times.(very helpful information)

I waited another few days and requested a refund from them, they did not acknowledge my request for a refund and told me to wait a few more days.

They are not responding to my emails now, I have gained a refund from my bank under section 75 - goods not received legislation.

I've started to take this company's supplements for the clean and pure quality policy (no fillers and nasties). I have been diagnosed with inflammatory osteoarthlitis in my knees and thought anything to calm down the inflammation would be good so ordered Amla and Tarmetic Curcmin. It's been about 3 weeks now and I noticed that the severe knee pain has been mellowed out so that I can walk down the stairs in a normal manner albeit being still a bit slow. Initially, I thought it was due to steroid meds but I forgot to take Tarmetic for 4 days and the pain came back so I restarted it this morning and I'm already feeling better. Also, I got Alma which I had never heard of before but after reading someone with IBS and her bowel movement got regulated. I'm very happy with the result too. When I enquired about the formulation of Vitamin D3, the customer service's reply was prompt and very friendly too.

Vegishake has an easy to navigate website and a great selection of herbs and supplements, including quite unusual ones that are tricky to find elsewhere. I highly recommend Vegishake for the quality and value of their products. I have never had any problems with shipping and I like the points system !

Unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I ordered their turmeric/ginger/pepper powder but found it unbelievably fiery to the point that it was really unpalatable and upsetting my stomach. I am used to taking both ginger and turmeric so I was really surprised by this. I got in touch with them and at this stage they were helpful and responded with advice (diluting it with juice rather than just water etc). They also explained that it was made up of equal quantities of ginger, turmeric and pepper. I know that pepper is recommended for better absorption of the beneficial qualities of turmeric, but usually the pepper is just a small amount in comparison to the turmeric. The fact it was an equal amount explained why it was so fiery and unpalatable. That is an enormous amount of pepper which also probably explains why it upset my stomach despite only taking half a teaspoon. I took their advice and tried taking it in different ways but I was unable to get on with this product. They had said earlier on email that if it didn't work out for me they'd do their "best to offer a goodwill solution whether that’s a partial refund, store credit, or an alternative recommendation that may suit your preferences better." I was obviously very grateful for this offer so I did get in touch asking if I could take them up on it. From that point onwards, I heard nothing. I emailed them three times and was ignored on every occasion. I felt therefore that their offer to help had been very disingenuous and really they had no intention of following through with their ostensibly helpful offer. They were just hoping I'd go quiet. I've ignored their various requests for a review as didn't really want to make a fuss, but I've just received yet another request, so in the hope I prevent someone else from having a similar experience, I thought I'd do as they were asking and leave a review! If you read the reviews of their turmeric/ginger/pepper powder, some of them definitely seem fake to me. They don't read as if they've been written by genuine customers. They sound like they've been written by a marketing team who are trying to highlight all the benefits of taking a turmeric/pepper/ginger supplement. They are written in a very unnatural way....capitalising the product name (which seems odd) and stuffed full of the product's potential benefits. They read like adverts, not genuine reviews. They have even mistakenly left in things like "Our supplement...."...!! A customer would never right that!! So in light of the above I wouldn't buy from this company again so be careful if you are considering it...

Great mushroom powders, using them years buying several different mushroom powders and making my own mushroom coffee, good price and great service.
