Very easy to deal with. I changed my mind on having just a head shot of one animal to wanting a full body of both and they were able to do that easily for me. The drawing came for my approval and I loved it, just had one request on the name tag location and they adjusted it and sent me the revision within a few days. Will order from them again

Amazing Job. Had a problem with the post office delivering my canvas but CRTN customer service made the process less frustrating. Great Job

Perfect case! Exactly what I wanted and the personalized artist brought it to life!

Fast! Easy! And easy to get in contact and communicate with! Thank you guys!! Awesome work!

I had an Amazing experience with CRTN.ME! My artist was extremely fast, very nice, and really captured what i wanted in my phone case! I highly recommend CRTN.ME for any of your customization needs.

I got a phone case with my best friends dog on it to give to her for Christmas and I could not have turned out better. Charlie did a phenomenal job.

Quality was great. Came on time. Got an email back really quickly. Very happy

The blanket turned out so good. Super soft.

Honestly, the BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. That alone will keep me coming back but, to add to it, I LOVE my case!

Was very pleased with any updates in my purse I got there on Christmas Eve just in time for Christmas

The quality of the blanket is really nice and my dogs loves it so much!

She loved it. Would order again

I had a lot of issues missing the email to choose which version I wanted and then again with Canada Post sending my package back due to no fault of CRTN.

The customer service agent Olivia was top notch! She got back to all my emails within a day and was able to do everything in her power to make my experience great!

I found the purchase a little on the pricey side, but after dealing with them I definitely would again and I’d recommend them to others in a heartbeat. Especially with the amount of online shopping companies that are not helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

2nd time ordering from them and they never disappoint!

Quality is amazing! Love my new blanket Charlie is so talented and was willing to work with my vision! Spot on!

My sister cried when she opened it. Everyone who saw couldn’t believe it. It was really our dog not just a generic print! Amazing work and customer service!!!

Got blankets for a few of my family members this year, they loved it!

Great quality product. Took about 1 week to get first item I ordered. Took 3 weeks to get the next. When asked they sent detailed tracking info. My package had come to Canada and shipped back to the US multiple times.. it just kept going back and forth until it finally got here. Not very happy with that aspect.
