I would never order from them again. The customer support doesn't even exist, i emailed them with an issue regarding my order and they don't respond at all, it's been like 2 weeks. Don't buy from this comapny they don't care about their customers at all.

I decided to trust doing an order even though there were no current reviews. Big Mistake!!! To begin with his sizing chart was inaccurate. His XL was sized 36-38 but was actually a 39-41. After receiving the garment and having to do an exchange I sent him a correct sizing chart from another site. Over a month later the inaccurate chart is still up. He called his chart ambiguous! A sizing chart is not ambiguous. Next I noticed the invoice charge was a less than the charge on my credit card. Not much but still wrong. He sent out the replacement and the button fell out of the packaging when I opened it and he tried to blame me for ripping the button out. I even put the button in a plastic baggy and stapled it to the tag so it would get lost. Does this sound like someone who is trying to rip someone off? He then tried not to refund shipping, but he knew I would not let that get by. The biggest thing though is right to the end there was never an apology or accountability for any of this. He wanted to make me feel petty because I wanted to be treated with respect as a customer. Finally finished with Cryoflesh.com. Buyers be ware there is a reason there are no reviews!
