$1,700 Balance Vanished After Unauthorized Bets While Away – Crypto-Games.io Ignored Me

I deposited $380 into crypto-games.io, played fair, and built it up to around $1,700. As their withdrawal system states a 15-minute wait, I initiated a withdrawal and stepped away to shower.

When I came back, my entire balance was gone. A series of random bets were placed that I did NOT make while I was offline. I immediately contacted their support. They responded once, saying they would “look into it” — then closed the chat and never followed up.

This is either a security breach, a platform-side failure, or something worse. I have screenshots and full details to prove my side.

I am demanding a full audit of the account activity during that time, a reversal of unauthorized bets, and my balance returned.

Scam. They advertised probability fair. Deposited over $1,500 and never won anything and never hit the bonus. They ignoring my emails so I can assure you they won’t be around for long..

Current awaiting $2000 withdrawal. They do keep declining it but its only been roughly 2 hours. No chat available and no reply to the emails. Strange but will update this review once I know what’s what.

They stole my funds of nearly 0.3 BTC claiming multi accounting. I only used one account ever. This site is a scam that steals customers money.

Not sure where to start! Read in their T&Cs that they have no withdrawal limits like most casinos, I thought great let's try. Deposited around 2600 before having a decent win. Requested withdrawal of 4000 to be declined stating my withdrawal limit is 500!! To increase limit I need to wager and deposit more. I argued but no good. I had to wager another 10000 to increase my withdrawal to 1000. Then when I had won more again, and wagered 47k I asked for increase in limit... they then said... let make it 147000 - so an additional 100k until they will increase my limit to 2k withdrawal! My intention was to just withdraw 1k a day untill I received my winnings... then they email declining a withdrawal stating they have a 4k weekly limit!!! I managed to break just about even.. they will never let you withdraw if you win a decent amount! Very rude people also!

Scam gambling platform, use name of popular casino in domain to get some of its users and scam it. Not recommended. Won there 300 usdt out of 80, they told me that I took advantage over casino.

I understand several of these reviews are written by people who just lost money and are pissed off. This review is an honest account of my experience. I lost multiple deposits in the $3-400 USD range, as is expected with gambling. On a recent deposit of several hundred dollars, I was fortunate to run the balance up to several thousand. And this is where the problems started... First I had to wait 24 hours upon requesting withdrawals. Then I had to wait until Monday because "everyone needs weekends" (literally the laughable response from support on a 24/7 CRYPTO gambling site) and the finance department was not available. Then I was told I had to adjust my withdrawal request to $1000 because that was my daily limit, despite the FAQ clearly stating they do not impose withdrawal limits. Then I was told I had to wager more to increase that daily limit, so in the last 3 hours I doubled my overall wager. I then initiated another support chat, where I politely reiterated all the facts listed here. I was told I was "stupid and it was my problem". Stay away from this site at all costs. There are too many good online platforms. This one won't be around much longer.

Any winnings over 2-3k$ they just will not withdraw, support is rude and will insult you.

This "casino" stopped answering and they do not resolve complaints, they are not answering in complaints as soon as AskGamblers or Casino.guru admins are asking them proofs of their lies.
