I have been using the kojic soap bar and it works my melasma is less visible where other expensive products only masked the dark spots for a while and I have tried a lot of products all claiming cure for melasma
Kojic acid soap bar works wonders .

I received 20g of powders when I ordered 25g. I sent an email and no one replied to me 😔

I'm very disappointed with this product as I had such high hopes for it but unfortunately when used as well as following instructions the only thing it'd done is made my complexion slightly darker and now I'm left wondering how to fix this. I'm not happy at all. I've been using this for the past month so I have given it a good run. It also hasn't done anything for my pigmentation either.

Bought several products from their website. The products don't actually work for example I used several bottles of the hair oil over months and nothing changed. I used several packets of the glutathione suppositories and capsules with vitamin c and MSM nothing. I don't drink alcohol and took supporting supplements but nothing. Had the same experience with the glutathione cocktail a really expensive product. I used several packets and months later no result. So after having spend over £2000 with no results I advise folks to know the risks. What they do is stop you posting genuine reviews on their website. So unless you have 5 star reviews your honest reviews are not posted on their site once you give it. There is no communication either if a product is out of stock they don't tell you. You have to chase them after waiting weeks for a delivery with zero communication. If you email them nothing and there is no telephone number either. No one answers the email they do have. Its funny because many black businesses complain about lack of support from the black community. I tried to support this one spending thousands over months but the products don't work, the customer service is non existent they are truly they are not worth the effort.

Communication with this company is VERY stressful!!! I Contacted the customer service team countlessly via email and social media to discuss a refund after returning their products but no one has responded and it’s now been 4 weeks!!!!!! I will not be buying from them any longer!!!! Don’t bother buying and returning purchases to them, it’s just not worth the stress!!!

Bad experience
I bought their Glutathione suppositories and despite following all the instructions, I was unable to hold them in my rectum for more than 5 minutes due to the urge to empty my bowels immediately after insertion. I have regularly used another brand's Glutathione suppositories of a higher strength and have never had this problem.
Unfortunately, I was tempted by the 30% discount and good reviews on their website, however I ended up wasting £250 as no matter what I do, I am unable to hold this product inside long enough for it to be fully absorbed. It maybe a good product once fully absorbed but at the moment it feels like I would never be able to see the results.
Customer service is also not great as I did not receive a reply to most of my emails.

Recieved in timely manner. Haven't tried yet.
Communication could have been bettter apart from regular automated message.

Purchased the hyaluronic acid powder. Little pricey, but great quality.

The serum was sent to me unsealed and the bottle was half empty. The cleanser I ordered was very liquidy. I feel like the products sent to me have been tampered with and I don't even feel safe using the serum.

Update:

A new serum has been sent to me right away and it arrived sealed and full so I am positive that the previous one has been tampered with.

Someone explained to me that the cleanser is not supposed to be sealed and it is liquidy because they do not add carbomer (thickener), to their products as this is not good for your skin.

Overall, satisfied with how they handled the situation and I hope that the serum incident does not happen again and advise that they put a seal to all their products so customers are assured that no one tampered with these.

Will be ordering more in the future.

I’m very satisfyed. My skin looks wonderful and fresh. My skin tone is becoming brighter. I recommend it strongly. I’m very happy with it.
But the packaging is very difficult to open.

I was hoping to see more of a result as I've used combo set for over a month. Not sure I'd purchase again.

So far so good with CG s- acetyl glutathione, Im a repeat customer I believe this product is good and effective, you have to stick with it though. It was also a faster delivery to the US since things are opened up now. I recommend this product , if you want to glow

Great product. I’m beginning to see a positive change to my skin. Cleaner, fresher feeling.

My purchase did not arrive in time. I had to write emails and send dm's on their Instagram page to get attention. However, once I sent the dm I received it 2 days after. The Kojic and Papaya facial cleanser is good so far. It makes the skin feel soft. However, still waiting to see any change on my hyperpigmentation, still early days.

The quality of their product is great , I have already started to see results 😀

It has been a while now I haven't received my order CG1498GB.
Been emailing, leaving massages no one has come back to me.
I am very disappointed by this. It was a big order and am getting frustrated cause it has cost me a lot of money.

Only been using the products for almost 3 weeks. Can't prounounce myself yet.

Bought Kojic acid soap and Kojic face cleanser and AM IN LOVE. These two combinations works really well for my skin and very effective too.
