I would highly recommend Crystal Law to anyone after our recent experience, we were in need of assistance as we looked to lease a commercial property for our Limited Company, we needed solicitors who would be able to act on our behalf, finalise the deal, review documents and correspond with the other side all as quick as possible due to the time sensitive nature of our situation, Crystal Law delivered all of this and more.

Sunny and Zainab who primarily dealt with our case were knowledgable and professional which was obvious in our interactions and the way in which our case was handled.

I had a tenancy dispute with my landlord resulting in them expecting me to pay an excess after I’d moved out. Manik helped me and managed to reduce the payment to nil. He explained it in simple terms and helped me understand my legal position

1. Came and sought advice after 2nd PIP claim was rejected at Tribunal despite having been previuously assisted by a No-Win-No-Fee Company.
2. After detailed analysis - 3 solutions were identified (i) Challenge Appeal Decision or (ii) Make a Fresh PIP Claim (iii) or both simultaneously. Eventually decided given the injustice the Tribunal Decision would be challenged
3. A Set Aside / Permission to Appeal was granted and immediately granted based on the fundamental errors by the Tribunal.
4. Crystal Law secured an Independent Psychologist to prepare a Report
5. Based on the Psychologist Report and medical evidence collated Crystal Law lodged detailed written submissions for the PIP Tribunal including Witness Statements
6. Attended a second Tribunal Hearing, with Solicitors from Crystal Law representing, after 2+ hours the PIP appeal was allowed, awarding both the Daily Living and Mobility Component for a period of 5 years (backdated to October 2021).
7. The backdate expected will be in excess of £11,500.
8. A sense of justice prevailing.

I highly recommend Manik and his team, they helped me navigate a really stressful situation with the DWP after an allegation was made, which led to compliance checks.
