It's extremely rewarding when you run a business and get feedback like this from the client. It is nice to know that the effort and time we invest in ourselves and in our processes doesn't go unnoticed by our clients. We will definitely keep it up!!
Resposta da Crystal Sensations
We are always pleased to receive feedback from our clients, both new repeat clients. Positive feedback like this shows us that we are paying attention to details at every level. Thanks you, Simon.
Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented company that makes gorgeous trophies!
Working with Crystal Sensations to have trophies made for our award show was an absolute pleasure. Jerome was wonderful to work with and was extremely understanding and receptive to any questions my team had. Crystal Sensations was able to meet our needs and create crystal laser-imprinted trophies and a unit cost that worked for our organization. They sent detailed 3D mockups so we knew exactly what to expect. The trophies were shipped and received extremely quickly to the US and each was individually packaged beautifully. Could not recommend Crystal Sensations enough - beautiful products and a great team!

Guilty as charged. We had so much custom deep etching work come in at once and we just couldn't process it all as quickly as we normally do. We are thankful to our clients for the continued support and for their patience.

Really happy with the piece they made…
Really happy with the piece they made for me. Jerome way great, provided personal attention including phone calls to work out details. I would definitely use their services again. I only needed a single unit, I wasn't sure that this low volume job would interest them, the opposite was true.
