Response taking ages,account freezed without any explanation,one week already gone,my personal funds still there,absolutely terrible customer service,never saw nothing similar,avoid this site.

AVOID!
AVOID!! No live chat! I waited 4 days to get a reply to a simple question by email and they didn't even answer my question they ignored it, instead they asked for verification documents (SUPER RUDE)
Bonus system is a complete scam. If i had completed 65x yes 65x wagering with £1000 then £50 would only turn to real cash. Also scam reward system big time. As you complete challenges you get rewards but the scam is that you have to deposit to claim rubbish rewards. My advice is do not use this site. I asked them to permanently close my account as i will never use their company again and got an email back saying i can reopen my account at any time!!! Am i on another planet! AVOID!

Such a stressfull experience with this “company”. I have struggled so much to recover my money from them and even now,i couldn’t. Imagine,after all the verifications were fine,they rejected my proof of payment just to delay my withdrawal. I tried to contact their customer service but no chance. They don’t give a penny about you. So now i still have money blocked on their site and i don’t know what to do because they ignore you totally. My advice is to avoid this site because you will have a lot of trouble with them especially if you have money to withdraw ! I will edit the review because what happened today it’s a first time for me ! I don’t know how but it appeared a new card on my crystalslots acount but i don’t own that card and i never used it. The funny thing is because i can’t provide pictures from that card,they have a “proper” reason to don’t accept the withdrawal. The more interesting fact it’s that i can’t even delete that card wich i never used ! It’s not appearing in history of transactions,nowhere. It’s sad that these things are happening and they get away with it. So i strongly advice you again,avoid them if you don’t want to be disappointed and stressed for what scams they are doing !
