this is a paradise for players with empty accounts or accounts without prime, who can fill 2kd+ and 70%hs, but as soon as you open their faceit statistics (if any), you will see unrealistic statistics of an esports player on 5 lvl faceit, namely 0.9KD and 13AVG, and this is at the hardest level! In short, the anti-cheat program is just for show, it doesn't ban cheaters, and in order for them to be banned, you need to wait weeks for a support response.

I've been an active player on fastcup for a long time, with over 450 CS 1.6 matches in just the past 5 months. I’ve always played fairly, and I’ve never received a ban or punishment for griefing, cheating, or disrespectful behavior. I genuinely enjoy the platform and have spent many hours playing with friends and teammates.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I received a 60-day ban for “intentionally lowering ranking”, even though the only matches I left were several weeks ago — and at that time, I had already been automatically penalized by the system. That was it. No reports from teammates, no repeated offenses, no griefing.

Then, suddenly — after a recent match where I was harassed and mocked by another player in the public chat — I was banned. This player even posted public comments joking about the ban, saying things like “Now go play Mario, Sims 4, Tetris” and laughing about how many days I got. This behavior felt very personal and inappropriate. I reached out to fastcup support to explain the situation and express my concern.

Unfortunately, the replies I received were short, cold, and dismissive. I was told the ban was correct, with no investigation or explanation. My attempts to clarify that the player mocking me was not even involved in the matches in question were ignored. I was simply told to “wait out” the 60-day block.

This experience made me feel that Fastcup does not treat its loyal and fair players with respect or proper support. It also raises questions about how reports are reviewed, and whether toxic behavior is being tolerated or overlooked. I understand rules must be enforced — but they must also be applied fairly, and with context. Showing more empathy and professionalism in support interactions.

Until then, I’ve decided to step away from the platform. I truly hope other players don’t have to go through a similar experience.

i have been using this platform for 5 years.
and i really enjoyed playing on this platform.
i verified my account i have 1500+ matches.

and the whole 5 years i didnt use any kind of cheat software or dll or alias or anything like that.

one day i wanted to play fastcup just like all other days and i saw that i have been banned for cheating.

i contacted the support
i gives them informacion that every match of mine is recorded because i do load some highlights on youtube.
i wanted to really know where sis i cheat or when or in which match because i know i didnt cheat.

none of my matches are canceled.
i have eveything recorded of how i play how i start gameguard how i connected to the servers for this month.

and all what support can say to me is
No information is provided.
The decision is final.

so i got banned for noreason at all and the support cant give me any informacion for that.

i want to delet my account and never been seen on this platform but surprise you cant delet your account or remove it or anything like that.
your account will be here forever and you cant do nothing about it. hahahaha

Best competitive system for counter strike 1.6 so far, had fun playing with my friends in here, even if i lost or won. +game skill sharpening, either in CSDM or in Comp. Keep it up!

Знаком и играю на сайте с 2011 года, много воды утекло, было много положительных моментов, отрицательных, но в целом, отличная платформа, которая позволяет спустя годы оставаться в соревновательном режиме. Единственное что хотелось бы попросить, раз уж администрация читает отзывы, то верните стрельбу со старыми хитбоксами в разделе 1.6. Лично я буду - невероятно счастлив. Администрация, в целом, адекватная и рассудительная, возможно у меня не возникало противоречивых моментов, поэтому с какой-то несправедливостью, либо неверным решением я не сталкивался. Хочется пожелать стабильной работы сайту, процветания, ну и верните стрельбу, всех обнял ❤️
