I visited several local bathroom suppliers before finding Clifton Trade Bathrooms (CBT) in Leicester, but the prices varied so much that it made choosing the right products difficult when working to a budget.
My fitter recommended CBT, and I'm so glad he did. Amanda was fantastic from the start, taking the time to guide us through the different bathroom ranges in the showroom. She also showed us the catalogue, which gave us even more options that could be ordered.
Once we had selected everything, the quote was prepared, and I was genuinely surprised at how competitive the price was. It got even better when we received the fitter's trade discount. The savings were so good that instead of buying just one bathroom suite and furniture set, we ended up purchasing a second one too! CBT really does live up to its motto of "We won't be beaten on price."
What impressed me just as much was the after-sales service. Any queries or issues were dealt with quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. Returning an item was also straightforward and hassle-free, which shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clifton Trade Bathrooms to my friends and family, and they'll definitely be my first choice for my next bathroom refurbishment.

Great service from great staff who are so friendly and helpful

After going to many places and not getting the answers to my problem of bespoke runners on a quadrant shower with a single door, the guys at Pullman Court Lever Street were extremely helpful and they found a solution to my problem with the runners on my shower door which then I was able to fix.

We visited several bathroom showrooms without really knowing what we wanted. After calling into the store opposite Clifton in Wigan, we were disappointed by how unhelpful the staff were.
However, our experience at the Clifton Wigan showroom was completely different. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Karina, who was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand our needs, showed us products she felt would work well, carefully costed everything out, and explained the options in detail.
Karina also followed up with a phone call a few days later and even price-matched items we had found elsewhere at a lower price, which we really appreciated.
Karina is a real credit to Clifton, and we are extremely grateful for all her help and support throughout the process. We can't wait to get our new shower room fitted!

We ordered new bathroom furniture and accessories from Clifton Bathrooms, however, when Jack went through the cost I felt like the figure had been 'plucked' out of thin air. The goods were itemized but there was no price against any of them, then he turned to the last page to show the total cost and said he would knock off another £1200 if we purchased today, which stupidly we did.
We felt it was a pressurized 'sales pitch' like a double glazing salesman and now feel like we've been ripped off.
The cost didn't include everything for the bathroom, there's a lot of items, like tiles for the walls, that we didn't get from Clifton as they didn't have anything we liked, so we have the extra expense by sourcing those items from elsewhere.
We wished we had gone elsewhere now as we feel totally 'ripped off', and we are now stuck with this company. I would not recommend Clifton Bathrooms at Solihull.

I have gave all the details requested by Scott in customer services 5 days ago and have not heard anything since, it just goes to show they are not really interested in your experience!

We had an appt at the Birkenhead showroom today with Nicole to go over details to refurbish our bathroom and we were made very welcome with drinks being offered on arrival. Nicole explained and showed us various items going into great detail including pros and cons of them, with regards to our requirements. After we had decided on what was best for us she then created and gave us a detailed costing plan, which was better than we expected. Her friendly and polite manner made the whole visit much more enjoyable and she makes a great cuppa….

Pete is absolutely incredible! Whilst there are, of course, bigger problems in life than choosing a bathroom, the whole process can be surprisingly stressful. Trying to make the right decisions quickly to fit in with plumbers and builders, whilst investing hard-earned money, can feel overwhelming.

Pete made the entire experience so much easier. His knowledge, advice and patience were second to none, and I genuinely couldn’t have achieved everything within the required timescales without him. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond at every stage.

It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers in the way Pete does. He’s a true gentleman – polite, professional, incredibly helpful, and with a great sense of humour. He actually made choosing my bathroom an enjoyable experience!

I can’t recommend Pete highly enough. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive one.

A little Gem in Reddish , fantastic customer service ,pointed me in the right direction and help me understand the colours, the types and their best product for the bathroom.Staff went out of their way to be professional ,friendly and made us feel at ease.

Avoid at all costs. Our bath has been badly damaged and needed repairing not just once but several times. Plastercine might genuinely be stronger. Would not offer a refund or replacement.

I had a mixed experience with Clifton Trade Sunderland. On the positive side, they are very personable and try to be helpful, they drove out seven times, often on the same day, to deal with issues with the order, and the products they sold seemed of good quality.

On the negative side, they made seven mistakes with the order, sending chrome parts instead of gold coloured, sending units that were too big for the measurements they had taken, and it took a month and a half of chasing to get a refund for the superfluous parts that were not used despite a statutory 14-day limit.

They have the potential to be a very good store, but they need to be more careful with orders, more timely with refunds, and should start using delivery slips so it's clear what has been delivered and taken away.

Replaced a polymarble sink 3 times it had bubbled in the same area. 3rd time was told it was customers fault and they wouldn't sort anything further.
So I am left with fitting a new one at my expense with no compensation for fitting the failed obviously faulty sinks.
Terrible after service won't let them ruin my business good name so won't recommend, will tell everyone about how poor they are and will not use anymore, you have lost a good trade customer!

We visited the Nottingham showroom several times before deciding on a luxury shower enclosure. Once we had purchased the shower enclosure we needed advice on how to install it, nothing was too much trouble, the after sales was outstanding which you rarely get these days. If you need anything bathroom related don’t walk RUN to Clifton trade bathrooms. Having purchased a full bathroom refit with the amazing knowledgeable Connor guiding us all the way until we were happy with our choices. His patience and knowledge made it a pleasure rather than a chore, Kelly also was fab and she makes a good brew too. We’ve been to so many other places but non come up to the standard of Connors patience without us feeling rushed in any way. Can’t rate him and Clifton trade bathrooms highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Matt at Clifton bathrooms has been exceptional. Right from the word go.. he came round to measure up, drew out plans and walked around the shop to help me pick out ideas. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when I couldnt make a decision, he was always super flexible and gave me time. He even recommended me a very reliable bathroom fitter. Months later, if i ever need any advice he is always happy to help :) great service and i love my bathrooms! Thank you Matt!

Was recommended Clifton Bathrooms by a friend. The quality of products they stock are superb, with a variety to suit every pocket. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We needed their guidance given we had 2 bathrooms to kit out, and found that invaluable, which came with no pressure.

They came round to our home to measure up to make sure what we wanted would fit, and also to make sure we had enough wall panels as we intended to cover the walls and ceilings with it. They also liaised with our contractor to ensure the adhesive etc was not forgotten.

When it came to receiving the quote, we were both delighted and pleasantly surprised. We were expecting it to be much more given it covered 2 bathrooms with panelling throughout, and quality fixtures, fittings, storage, etc. We'd forgotten to make sure we'd added a radiator and vanity mirror for downstairs, and these were added at no cost as we'd paid the invoice straight away to save over £1100 in their sale.

I really can't recommend Paolo, Milllie and the team enough. Professional team who really do know their products, with excellent customer service, offering great value for money and delivered with a smile 😃.
