Having been searching for tiles for weeks, I came into the Harlow store not really sure about what i wanted. I was welcomed by Jordan and Denise and made to feel so comfortable, not being rushed or pressured to decide. I truly couldnt have dealt with 2 nicer women!
Jordan and Denise were both really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my visions of how I wanted my bathroom to look. Both lovely women, they were patient, helpful and funny,
and made really useful suggestions and comments. They had to put up with me for 4 days, yet each time I visited they went out of their way to help me while listening to me constantly changing my mind. Great store, fabulous staff, really helpful and they genuinely cared about helping me reach a decision that I was happy with. Outstanding customer service, i left each time laughing with a smile on my face. Thank you Denise and Jordan for a great job, ive found the perfect tiles and am very happy with them.

My shower was on need of a clean and reseal. Not knowing the type of material of a mosaic in my shower, Mr Coward at the Blackpool branch suggested I sent him photo and he would be able to get guidance on the correct materials to use. This I did and within 24 hours he contacted me with the information required and that the materials could be picked up from the store. What fantastic service

Happy with the quality of the product - we were tied to a particular tile as our new developer had already used it.
Online order was processed easily and promptly, and then when we were 4 tiles short the Gloucester branch sorted out the extra ones for us.
My tiler is now going to use the same ones for his next job.

The only thing that would have improved my experience, would have been an ETA on the delivery day. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and products provided.

Customer service has not been the best from CTD.
I have had to chase them up every step of the way. I'm not sure if it is just how they do things or if something Went wrong. From out of stock tiles waiting for a delivery that wasn't turning up. The tiles were perfect when they eventually turned up a few days later. No response from email no courtesy calls. No acknowledge or receipt of returning tiles. Now it looks like I will have to chase a refund. Based off my experience I wouldn't reccomend CTD. I am disappointed because Ithey have lots of good reviews that's why I went to them.

Darren was extremely helpful from discussing styles and size of tiles suitable for bathroom and en suite to offering advice with grout colour and for ordering in extra tiles so they were in stock if needed. Friendly and approachable answering all queries and offering his expertise advice.
The choice and quality of tile was great compared to other tile suppliers.

We visited CTD tiles today to get some silicone sealant that was used in our bathroom.Even though they did not stock what we wanted,they were very helpful and the polite gentleman knew where we could obtain it from and he phoned them to make sure they had the items required in stock.You were so helpful and polite.Will definetly use CTD tiles again.

We visited the Kings Norton branch today and a lady called Ria helped us out. She was amazing so friendly and helpful. Got us some sample tiles and helped us find what we were looking for. She’s a credit to your store

Excellent on line service and delivery on selected tiles. Good price and very pleased with quality of wood effect porcelain tiles for kitchen/dining room. Would recommend. Very helpful in Merry Hill store as well, ordering me one full size tile to try at home before ordering on.

Tiles were ordered on 18th June for collection on the 25th of June. As of 4th July they are still not at the store. Order cancelled as I had no contact from company at all regarding my order. Email sent on 2nd of July to cancel and no response from CDT, I've sent another email as a complaint today and now received a one line response. Absolutely terrible!

I’m doing a complete refit of my bathroom and came across this company as my wife like some of their tiles. I’m glad I did because the customer service an overall experience is way better and way more personal that a huge DIY chain store and the products are better too. I’ve only been to the Royston store but they are simply excellent and friendly in there and can’t do enough to help me. Top marks from me for sure!

Visited the showroom and chose tiles to order online to benefit from free delivery. Tiles not laid yet but look nice and of good quality.
Staff were helpful and you can arrange delivery for a particular day.

I popped into CTD Whetstone, looking to purchase a few border tiles to place around the splashback for a downstairs toilet sink.
Jake the most helpful assistant managed to find the most perfect solution.

Lovely, friendly & very helpful advice.

Went to the store yesterday, Andy was a lovely man who let me have a free tile to take with me to see if it worked in our kitchen. When I went back to the store he was so helpful, kind and understanding. He took the titles to the car also wrapped them up. He is a credit to the company.

Went to order some tile cleaner which cost £11. Made me enter all the details (assume to collect my data) to then try and charge £40 for delivery charge! Be more transparent at the start, rather than wasting our time.

Absolutely shocking don’t go near them amy Birmingham very unhelpful Courtney Cardiff depot shocking attitude after spending nearly £4000 pounds with this shower and running my own business for 38 years I take pride in treating my customers with respect and value their custom since the time I placed my order to todays conversations nothing but assle and stress stay well clear of this shower and their badly trained staff
