I highly recommend CTE Services. Friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.
I had an issue with our alarm where it would not stop going off. Phoned CTE Services and John was round within the hour. Sorted the fault on the alarm and offered some helpful advice on our options going forward. Didn't feel like a sales pitch as sometimes it does - just a professional offering genuine help and advice.
Really positive experience and will definitely use CTE Services again.

John was such a great help! Our alarm system had been playing up and John came out to us at very short noticed and sorted out our problem. He was kind and professional. I would highly recommend CTE services, our system faulted again and John helped to fix the issue remotely with 10 minutes of informing him!

I contacted CTE services as I had a burglar alarm which was not working,
Jon contacted me and arrived on the date and time he said he would.
Although our alarm is 20 years old Jon serviced it changed the battery and helped me with resetting it as I had not used it for a number of years.
Jon was really helpful and took lots of time making sure I felt confident in using the alarm again.
He said I could call and ask any questions anytime he also confirmed he could do a yearly service stating he would contact me next year for the annual service.
I would highly recommend CTE services.

We had a heat pump fitted by CTE services and we are very pleased with it. From beginning to end we cannot fault the service we received from Robbie and Sam. The installation was carried out very sympathetically to our older house, care and consideration was taken to minimise the mess and disruption and we cannot fault Robbie and Sam's workmanship. Fitted a Heat Pump central heating system in our bungalow removing the old oil boiler and tank, full rad and pipe renewal. They were all very professional throughout the two weeks they took to do this and communicated everything as they went along. They were very respectful of their surroundings and they did a very good and tidy job, leaving the place in a good place once finished. Even now 2 weeks later they are still in contact with us to see how things are going and to deal with any teething problems or snags we may encounter. First class company, will be getting them to do my bathroom next for sure.

I contacted CTE services to get some advice and quotes for an electric car charger. Met with Dan the same day and he talked me through the options of the different makes and models. Once I chose the model I wanted it was ordered, delivered and installed within 5 days. The install was very efficient and the charger is simple to use. Family and friends have complimented on how neat the install is and that the charger looks great. We’ve used CTE services a few times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for plumbing or electrical works. They are a very trustworthy and reliable company.
