Purchased 6 onion aquatic snails, all 6 arrived alive and well and in great condition. Excellent product and service.

I purchased 3 Nerite Snails and 10 Blue Dream shrimp from CU Aquatics. They arrived promptly, all great quality, and are doing incredibly in my tanks. Highly recommend!

Snails all arrived alive and in good condition. They were posted a bit later than expected but I contacted them and they replied straight away to reassure me. I was worried the snails would be in the post 3 days but was 1 day. They were packaged fragile however packaged not firmly so they could easily be squashed and spill so I am giving feedback for that, to be packaged more firmly. Snails moved in tank within 5 mins. So far so good.

Sadly didn't receive communication about order being shipped/delivered and royal mail didn't ring so they stayed outside more than 28h in a black box south facing outside. But all alive and jumping!

Bought 6 Mystery Snails for my tropical aquarium and they were delivered on time. Packaged well and once in my tank all of the snails are thriving and good quality. Great prices also. Highly recommend these for your tanks.

I ordered, I got my receipt, then no communication when asked what was happening with my order I had no response from their three ways of communication

Nothing arrived of my order and when I requested a refund they said they would, when I chased this up they said they had with some dodgy 'screenshot' which had none of my details and the money was never returned, nearly £40, absolute thieves!
