Excellent customer service
Mostly everything was great but one of the large tubs of Dreamies had shattered and the Dreamies had spilled out. Also the can of soup was dented.
Other than that everything was good. The turnaround time for the order was very quick. I ordered on Saturday and the delivery was Tuesday.
My cats loved all the new things like the sausage which they went mad for. They also love the Whiskas Surf & Turf sachets of wet food. Clean plates all around. It's hard to find a food that all 4 love - in fact this is the first.
The store sent me out a replacement tub of Dreamies and a can of soup a couple of days later. That's amazing customer service and gives me confidence to order again without feeling anxious. Well done Cuddles Pet Store 👏👏👏

We have been using Cuddles for the food…
We have been using Cuddles for the food for our 2 boxers for the last 9-10 months. The service has always been super efficient. We order online and the order is delivered to our door the next day.
We started using Cuddles as they had great prices if you bought 2 bags of food however, these offers have disappeared over the last 2 months. I would recommend this company.
