It was my first order from Culpitt which brought me just problems and an "amazing" experience being mistreated by Customer Service because of my accent and impossibility to understand why they send me some "complimentary" huge size useless box and cake board instead of 2 cupcake boxes I've ordered and charge 5.48£ for it. So it means instead of the item you have ordered you gonna get some useless rubbish by default, just because the Customer Service decided so. And more - when you place your order you will never know about hidden tax (SRP) over food colouring prices which shows only in a final invoice you got after delivery. One more - when you place an order in the company site the system allows you to put in a basket and pay for items which are out of stock so then they will send you only items which are in stock, hold your money and make you wait for the rest of your order until the items go back to stock.
