I placed an order on the 9th of August and still haven’t had the product, nor an update on when it will arrive. I’ve emailed three times, they did reply the first two times saying they’ll find out what happened and get an update, but I then heard nothing for a month so I emailed again. Same again, sorry email, we’ll find out. And then a further two weeks went by and nothing. Requested a refund and haven’t heard back. Submitted a claim through the bank as I fear I have been scammed and they have no intention of fulfilling this order. I have to say, I have ordered from this company before, about a year or so ago and it was fine, but at the moment they don’t seem to be operating properly. Would avoid until they can figure this out.

I placed an order on 19.08.2026. It was expensive but the paints looked amazing.
The order was confirmed but that was it. Nothing more. Not shipped. Contacted Culture Hustle who replied that they would come back to me with exact shipping date. No date. Have just written again to request shipment or refund.
Fear that I may not receive either and that,as others have suggested, this is a scam company. Very disappointed.

Product was never delivered! Return was never processed. I guess we're out the money. We won't be coming back.

We ended up buying Musou Black instead.

This company have stolen my money, not dispatched my order and ignore my emails. Shameful people

Having previously used these guys for some art materials I placed a further order but it has not materialised. Emails to them are met with serious response delays and having requested several times for the order now to be cancelled and my payment refunded this has not happened. It has now been escalated to my payment merchant, so beware when placing orders with these guys.

I paid over $200 for paint that I never received. It's been 10 months since my purchase.

My order from August 2025 was never delivered. It is now September 2026 and after months of lies like “I’ll personally look into it” without giving a name, they’ve stopped even acknowledging my emails. I recommend that everyone who sees their ads on social media comment “THIEVES!!!” on all their posts.

Black 4.0 order — over a month with no shipment or tracking

I ordered Black 4.0 from Culture Hustle more than a month ago and paid for the order in full.

Since then, I have received neither the product nor a valid tracking number. I contacted customer support several times because I needed the material for an upcoming exhibition. Each time, I received very similar responses saying that my order was being “personally escalated” and that tracking details would be provided soon.

No tracking information followed.

After waiting more than a month, I requested a full refund. Instead of confirmation that the refund had been processed, I received another generic response saying that the matter was being reviewed internally.

At this point, I have formally requested cancellation of the undelivered order and a full refund to my original payment method.

I am sharing this experience so that other artists, especially those working with exhibition deadlines, can make an informed decision before ordering.

I will update this post if the order is refunded or if the situation is otherwise resolved.

First time I ordered from this company I received it in 4 days. Since then they just take your money and don't deliver your order. I have contacted them numerous times and just get told they'll look into it and update me. They never do. Culture hustle is a scam. Do not buy from them

There is no purchase I regret more than my culture hustle order. I placed it in Nov of ‘25 and nearly a year later still haven’t received it and they stopped responding to emails. They respond at first giving excuses, but it just long enough to run out the clock on your bank doing a charge back. You’re better off burning your money, because at least that way culture hustle won’t have it either.

Shipping is not in the timeframe they advertise (and seems like my product may never ship).

Culture hustle order #208852 placed 6 Aug 2025, received 15 October 2025. Order was the wrong item.

Return, replacement with the correct item or a different option that the website says is in stock requested 20 October 2025. I'm still being fobbed off with "consulting with the studio team". The order has disappeared from the website, but I still have the confirmation email and the chain of back and forth to the helpdesk trying to get this refunded.

100% scam company. 3 months past delivery date and still no product or refund. Got a successful chargeback.

I ordered BLACK 4.0 paint from Culture Hustle on May 28th, 2026, and it was estimated to arrive on June 22nd, 2026. I emailed CH on June 28th asking for an update. I didn't hear back by July 13th, so emailed again. On July 14th, they finally replied (with an AI-sounding response) and claimed my order had been lost during the transition to a new online store system and would ship soon. I emailed again on August 9th and they replied on August 11th saying they were doing everything they could to get the order shipped. I emailed on August 31st and asked for an order update and a refund if there was no progress. I didn't hear anything back, so emailed on September 14th asking for a refund, then emailed again saying I'd just initiate a chargeback after researching Culture Hustle more and seeing other people being ripped off and not receiving their product. Heard back with another canned AI-style response yesterday on September 15th saying the studio would resolve this issue and reply with more order updates. Initiated a chargeback today and it was approved within minutes.

Again, absolute scam.

DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!! SCAM Its now 22 days since I purchased 2 items or so I thought, I have kept chasing them asking why has zero progress been made on my order, twice I have been told they will look into it and let me know, and thats it I do not get any update. This is scam avoid this con company like the plague you have been warned.

I ordered on 7th May and it's now the 16th September and the only thing I've received from Culture Hustle is one lone useless AI email.
What's the point in beefing with Anish Kapoor for cockblocking artists when you steal artists money and then don't send product? Hardly a moral high ground.

maybe the products are good but i place my order on 27 July and after many mails i received on 15 September!! 1 month and 18 days later!!! many people didn’t get it according to their reviews..

A scam company with AI generated customer communication meant to delay any process. I placed my order almost 2 months ago and still nothing. Next step is to get get the money back through my bank

Ordered paint on 17 June 2026. Today is 11 September 2026 and I still have not received the order. Numerous attempts to contact the company have returned an email about how they're prioritizing my order, yet it never comes and its status on their website never changes.

The things he makes are just so fascinating and creative! I'm obsessed and tell everyone who will listen about his art supplies! I wish I could collect all of them!

Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over a year ago for Pink Matter and never got the product, never got my money returned, just about a dozen email back and fourth with empty promises that it'll get resolved. Unless you want your money stolen, I suggest you shop somewhere else.
