I placed an order with cupsy.eu on February 22nd. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I had to reach out myself on March 5th to ask about the delay.
Only then was I informed that several items were out of stock. They told me the order would be cancelled and a full refund would be issued. However, despite sending multiple follow-up messages, I have received no response and, more importantly, I am still waiting for my money back.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying from them until they resolve these issues.

In januari 2026 besteld. In februari navraag gedaan want niets geleverd. Ze kunnen niet leveren vanwege te lage prijzen. Beweren vervolgens dat IK de order heb geannuleerd. Via PayPal(!) heb ik mijn geld teruggevorderd. Nu beweren ze dat ze wél hebben geleverd ondanks dat ze de annulering zelf hebben aangemaakt en hopen ze geld van PayPal te krijgen. Gelukkig houdt PayPal dit tegen.

This company are perfidious fraudsters. They stole over €300 from me. No order and no refund for over two months. They don't respond to messages. I am reporting the matter to the police.

I never received my order. There was a first reply to my mail with a wrong delivery document attached. Once it was clear that I didn't receive and the document was not related to my order THEY NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN. This sounds as a fraud!
