I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional assistance I received from Amy. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. Her clear communication and proactive approach made everything significantly easier and more manageable for me.

First thing, Amy was a great support when I reached out to her regarding the length of shipping time. She replied promptly and sincerely.
Outside of Amy, when you check out, it implies that you are getting express next-day shipping. Once you have checked out, it states how long it will take for the product to reach you... I think mine came in 10-12 days
which was longer than I expected when I checked out.
The product itself so far is good. I have had it for almost a week. I am underwhelmed with the curling wand, as it really doesn't take up much of my hair at once, and usually I have to wrap it and hold it as I do with my regular curling wand.

I love the curl lab hair curler and the other attachments that come with it. My hair is naturally curly but frizzy. The curl apparatus makes my curls look smoother and not frizzy. I was very impressed. Also I liked the fact that I could track my package and it arrived very well packed.

The curl slab 5 in one hair dryer is pretty good. It came with a booklet explaining how to use each attachment. They also sent an email with style guides and tutorials which was very helpful. Shipping took about 2 weeks, and tracking was accurate and efficient.

I’ve used it once so far. I used the curl attachment; demonstrations made it look easy and maybe it’s just a skill issue on my part, but I didn’t get the results advertised. I think your hair has to be just the right dampness and I was still fiddling with temperatures. So my hair didn’t hold a curl, but it did dry my hair in about 5 minutes with minimal frizz. I’m excited to learn how to use this tool better, and eventually get great results as I figure out how to use it.

Worst customer service ever. I sent them email to cancel my VIP membership & they confirmed the cancelation process is done. Still they are deducting money every month. Whenever you email them, they will sent apologies for inconvenience. I'm not sure why the customer service team if they can't handle anything. I would rate 0 if I could.

Don't believe all the details on their website. The 5-7 days expedited shipping is not true. It took more than 2 weeks for the product to arrive just to be sent back to the sender because of address and courier issue. Before checkout, you will see FedEx priority that's why I had an issue. I thought FedEx will deliver my order and not Canada Post so I did not write the post office box number in my address. I reached out to customer service and was given an option to either a 10% compensation for the item or a reshipment with another shipping fee. I notified them about this before my order was dispatched. This company is a rip off. This is the first time that i am not happy with my online transaction.

The absolute worst. Please be so so careful.

I hope it works for you but if you have any issues or decide to return it, even if the packages are unopened, be prepared to not get any refund. Customer service that it’s somewhere in the fine print or the policy so make sure you know that well ahead of time before you spend any money.
This is a company that certainly gives you the runaround and no straight answers and definitely are not around to help you. This is a true buyer beware.

This product does not work at all. The videos are doctored to make it look like the wand is curling the hair, but it doesn't. Says it is a Dyson duplicate but it's just a TEMU level blow dryer. They have their return policy set up so that they will not issue you a refund if you have used the dryer at all - so once you find out it is garbage by trying to test it on your hair, you're stuck with it. Absolutely fraudulent and disgusting.

Works as well as the Dyson Airwrap, highly recommended!

Stay away from this company( I use that word loosely). The VIP subscription is a rip off. They take your money and you recover nothing. Aside from that they have been double charging me every month. When I wanted to refund the product it took at least 4 emails over a 3 weeks period without a reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The product is a safety and security risk. I wrote to the company six times notifying them that the round brush and flat brush attachment both caused severe tangling in my hair. I was required to rip and tear my hair out of the brush. I requested a refund and am being given the runaround by a chat bot. I have filled out forms, repeatedly sought return information, and there’s been no effective response. I would caution against this product 100%.

Amy is very pleasant and polite and I think she handles a lot of Curls Lab issues. She wouldn’t have to if Curls Lab wasn’t so scammy! There’s an option to become a VIP membership. DON’T CLICK IT. There are no tangible benefits and they say they will cancel your membership and then not do it! They say they will send you gifts but I haven’t gotten anything as a supposed VIP member. So frustrating! I immediately asked to cancel this stupid membership and it’s been months of headache.

I made a purchase on the 14th of april and up to now, product is still on transit. Damn! Its already 26th and i heard nothing from that useless tracking app! DONT ORDER. DONT BUY.

I am absolutely in love with Curls Lab! I honestly didn’t expect it to outperform my Dyson, but it truly does. The biggest difference for me is how lightweight it is. I can style my hair without my arms getting tired, which was always an issue with my Dyson.
What impressed me the most is how well it holds curls. My curls last longer, look more defined, and feel healthier overall. My daughter loves it just as much as I do we actually enjoy doing our hair now! I also got an amazing deal!! I bought two and received a free flat iron, which made it even more worth it. On top of that, they send you a tutorial so you actually know how to use the tool properly, which I really appreciated. And their customer service? Absolutely amazing. Fast, helpful, and kind.
