I recently purchased a dress that didn't fit my daughter's shape properly, as soon as she tried it on she realized it wasn't what she wanted. We quickly packed the dress to return it and began the process as outlined by curveins policy, which involves contacting the website to initiate the return, waiting for a shipping label, and shipping the item back. The process is quite lengthy. Upon returning the dress, there team suggested that the item contained pet hair or lint, which I promptly disputed as we do not own pets. Ultimately, we were only offered store credit. Never again purchasing from this site.

I ordered 2 pair of bathers from curveinswim ....using the size chart...however the bathers do not fit. I contacted the company & they informed me that the bathers need to be returned to the USA & offered me a 30% refund & to keep the bathers to save me the "costly postage"...which l refused....now they no longer respond to my emails.
This company claim to be Australian based & offer a refund policy that l have followed...nowhere does it mention returning items to the USA.

I was scrolling late one night and spotted some bathers I really liked, I just went straight in in and ordered them as they said they were an Australian company and I am in Australia .
After I put the order through I did not receive a confirmation of order email!
Red flags, alarm bells went off. I emailed their email address, no reply!
I was really thinking I've been burned.
I spoke to my bank and they said I had 40 days to lodge a claim.
I started reading the reviews I was horrified. I was convinced ide done my dollars.
I emailed a second time , no reply.
So I searched their transport company got my tracking number entered it and saw that it had been registered.
So each day I followed it, it moved a couple of times so I held some hope.
Still the negative reviews had to very concerned.
It's been 13 days I just received my goods at 7.30 pm est!
I got both my exact orders and extremely good quality. I am very very pleased. I wrote this review for anyone who is also concerned. Hang in there.

I Read some of the negative reviews and emailed the company to ask for a confirmation of my order. I received an answer within a couple of hours to say the item was not in stock and to choose another item or cancel order. I chose to cancel and my money was in my account next morning. So very happy with company’s response.

Poor quality and poor fitting garment. Contacted customer service many times with noo reply. Not happy, buyers beware

I have purchased from this company before and had no complaints then.
This time, one small glitch, no correspondence after 4 days, despite them having debited my account, so dropped them a quick email today.
Received a reply within half an hour, explaining that the costume I chose was out of stock offering me either another costume or a full refund . I chose the full refund (not the shipping, but hi ho!).
Two hours later my full refund is in the account.
Thanks Curveinswim, I am very happy, but disappointed that you couldn’t supply the new costume that I wanted. I would happily buy from you again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE…. A total scam!! This is not an Australian Co. International Transaction Fee charged. Goods purchased over 3 Weeks ago still waiting. No replies to my emails, no confirmation email re purchase at time of placing order. Now with my bank for an investigation.

Order a swimsuit on 7/7/25, no Order no contact and although supposedly australian charged an international fee from paris. Beware this site is a scam.

Waited for 3 weeks and gave up, ended up getting a refund through bank.

Chlorine resistant swim shorts arrived exactly as ordered. Correct fit according to measurement chart. Haven't worn in pool yet. Arrived in 🇦🇺 in 2 weeks. Tracking number doesn't work.

I reviewed this company on 2nd April 2025 & said I’d been ripped off & they were a fake scam site. I’ve since received emails from them addressing my concerns & really helping me with my order. I initially ordered 2 swimsuits, however one of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock, so I was asked to choose another item in place of it. I did this several times as 3 items I chose were also out of stock. I finally found one which was in stock. The emails I received were very helpful & professional. I’ve since received the items I ordered & I'm very happy with them. Both are great quality & I've worn both several times with no issues. I use a pool 5 days a week, so they’re both getting a thorough use. I would’ve given them 5 stars except for my initial dealings with them (a long time passed before I received a reply email re: not receiving an order confirmation email), & the 3 replacement items all being out of stock.

I have to take back my previous review. mmMy purchase arrived today and the goods are what I expected. To say I'm surprised after reading other reviews is an understatement.
I hope this isn't just because I write so many scathing emails.

The product was very low quality and the company has refused to provide a refund or return address, despite saying that refunds are available on their webpage

I’ve been ripped off by this site a few days ago. No confirmation email, I contacted them but no reply. I usually read reviews before buying but for some reason I didn’t. Don’t buy from curve in swim, total fake site

I made a purchase early January. Have emailed twice but no reply. Not holding my breath for any contact but lesson learnt. Over $100 loss.

Fake site and pretending to be Australian. Charged me twice for the one order, and unable to contact to correct. Too soon to assess if anything is sent to me. Not holding my breath.

This is a good lesson in reading reviews before you buy from a new company. This is a SCAM. Do not purchase from this site.

Product didn’t arrive. When I chased them they said it was out of stock and offered a full refund within 15 days. The refund has not arrived. Total con.
