Easy to order, though have not received my order

The choice of clothing and sizes is fantastic. I love the range of styles, patterns and colours. The garments are out-of-the-ordinary, compared to high street retailers.

I have been searching far and wide for for a lovely gold tarnish free necklace. I was so so happy to come across this store and it was so easy to navigate. I will definitely order again

Claim to be UK-based and claim to respond to emails within 24 hours. Sent a query via their webform re their sizing - waited 4 days with no reply, followed up with a direct email, including a request for them to confirm they are definitely UK-based and not a dropshipping or overseas-based company & still no reply. This lack of response plus the quoted timescales for delivery (7-11 days - well in excess of UK to UK delivery timescales) all point to this being another scam Chinese website or dropshipping company and not a UK-based firm. Glad I didn't waste my money placing any orders! Will avoid at all costs!

Not based in Middlesborough but China.
I emailed this company and contacted them via their website contact page to cancel my order, but heard nothing from them. I now have had an email saying products dispatched, the tracking is in China. I do not want the dresses. Had I known this was yet another Chinese operation, I would never have ordered from them. Avoid, as there is no apparent customer service to cancel your orders. I have contacted PayPal to help resolve this.

I am well impressed with your site and have now ordered a stylish dress for my nieces wedding and I couldn’t resist treating myself to a couple more. You are lifesavers for larger women like me.
