Scam. Took many weeks to arrive and there are two missing items. In addition, the 5 pack of underwear are all different. Save your money.

Made online purchase 6 weeks ago. Product looks fantastic, wouldn’t know though - haven’t received a thing.
Emails are generic and keep telling me to wait. I’ve formally requested a refund twice now - NO answer from my last email 2 days ago. Tracking number they issued is useless - no postal service recognise the details the scammers gave me.

I ordered 2 bras from them march 9th. Everything seemed fine they sent me tracking updates and an order confirmation. I noticed that my package arrived to my local post office April 1st and it sat there for 4 days so I got on my informed delivery app and the package was delayed for postage review/awaiting payment. I reached out to the company via email support and never got a response. The next day I checked the tracking link and it showed it was delivered april 1st. I never recieved the package and my mail review app the package disappeared. I contacted the post office they advised the package was seized due to counterfeit postage. I still have not received a reply from. Support so I tried to call the phone number i found on their website and the number was not a working number. The company is a scam. I only lost 50$ but thats alot of they do this to multiple people.

This company is a scam. My order took over a month for it to “arrive” when it did it was a piece of paper that had my tracking number on it from overseas, it was just a piece of paper that was printed so small it was ineligible. When I contacted curvevera they said it looks like your package arrived.

Wretched. I ordered over a month ago, and so far? Nothing. When I email, they send a tracking code/link that doesn’t work. When I ask for a refund, I don’t get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Do not order from here, I ordered my stuff mid Feb and I just got my things today April 10th and everything is the wrong size the thongs are baby size they will only fit an infant lmao what the heck the bras look so cheap like I sewed them myself wow and all the colors I ordered are not even in my order very upsetting I’m so pist. I highly suggest don’t order from this place. Waste of time and money might as well go to Victoria’s Secret or hell even Walmart.

I ordered from Curvevera based on an add I saw on Pintrest. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed the order. The customer service email that responded to my inquiry referenced longer ship time due the Holidays ( in April?) I would caution anyone not to order from this compnay.

Worse company ever. I placed an order back November 2025 for bras and bathing suits for my cruise. I’ve yet to receive anything. I’ve emailed numerous times with no response back. I even contacted shop pay and was told there’s nothing they can do! They continue to take my payments! I want a full refund now!

The items took 4 weeks to arrive and they were wrong. The package was damaged, like it had been used before. I have requested a refund but I doubt I will get my money back. Never order from this company!!

It appears that this company changes names!! So anything with #viralvera or #curvevera in it or any# Vera …… stay away. They’re a scam. They take your money and give you a product not in your size. They keep your money and tell you not to return the item and you can keep it and we will give you $6 back!!!!! Seriously?! Unbelievable. Be ware it’s all a scam. It’s a horrible product and they’re liars cheaters and scam artists

Not even the same size or bras that I ordered! Took over a month to get here and it wasn’t even from the company. Some lady in CA.. bra is asymmetrical and fits horrible. Never again

I would give 0 if it was possible. Don't let the pricing fool you. You will be throwing away whatever you spend. I ordered the same size of an unlined bra in 2 colors. I waited a month to receive 2 lined and padded bras in 2 different sizes neither of which was the size I ordered. It took 2 weeks for someone to respond to my email about the mistake. Now, a week later, they have yet to acknowledge that they sent the wrong product, have suggest I try them on again to make sure I didn't misjudge the fit, and are offering a $15 refund for a $50 purchase since they are international and it costs more to ship their product back than it is worth. Just STAY AWAY!

Do not order from here , I ordered a bra two months ago it still hasn’t come in, tried to call them and all I get is a dial tone SCAM SCAM!!

Absolutely appalling experience. I placed an order weeks ago and have still not received my item, nor have I had a regular update from the company despite chasing multiple times.

The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me seriously questioning whether this business is legitimate. I’ve now had to report the transaction as potentially fraudulent just to try and get my money back.

Customer service has been non-existent, and I feel completely ignored as a paying customer. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk losing your money and getting no support whatsoever.

If i could give a negative stars I would. I placed my order on January 3rd and it is now March 24th. I have tried calling to get a status update since the site has not updated my status at all but but keep getting "the phone number could not be completed as dialed" phone number does not work. I have also tried emailing them multiple times and silence. Is this company even real?! STAY AWAY

These bras are AWFUL. 0 support, breasts literally fall out, and make your breasts look mis-shaped. Straps fall down. Took 2 months to ship. DO NOT BUY

I hated the bra and wanted to return it. They offered 20.00 back and I still said no. Now they say I have to pay to return the item. Its a scam. Made in and shipped from CHINA

OMG!!!!! I read the reviews on trust pilot and saw so many negative ones but I keep seeing the ads for the bras that are supposedly sold on their website and they look so good. All the influencers that are sharing them looks to have perfect bras and not experience anything like the bad reviews say and I still so desperately wanted to try them because they look so good and I thought to myself, how can they keep advertising if this isn’t their content? Well TODAY THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT!!!! I noticed the girl who is the most popular in their advertising putting on each bra from the back and I saw the TAG!!!!! The brand is OEAK SOLD ON AMAZON!!!!!!!!! This company is a complete fraud as you can imagine most of these companies are and they are selling you something that isn’t theirs which is why you get such crappy product!!!!!!! I am so grateful to be able to purchase the actual legit product now!!

Don't buy this bra their advertising is fake. I bought two different colors and they arrived after almost 1 1/2 months later. It wasn't even the same bra it felt like a dollar general bra no disrespect to dollar general. Don't waste your time and money

Ordered my products nearly 2 months ago. I have emailed them asking where my order is, no reply. Then today I get an email asking if I’m happy with my purchase….id like to even receive it first!
I guessing its gonna be a fight to get a refund too 😡
