Unfortunately I had to give 1 star, that is the least I could give. 2 minutes after placing my order I realised this was a dodgy company. I should have read reviews 1st. It appears to be a UK company but in reality it is from China hence the length of delivery time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE !!

Ordered an unpadded strapless bra for my holiday in plenty of time, so I thought. Has never arrived, very disappointed, would not buy from them again.

AVOID. This company puts its image out to be a UK based company with five star trustpilot reviews on their website. It isn’t. It’s a Chinese company. The UK phone number doesn’t work and they don’t tell you on their returns policy that any returns have to be posted back to china at your own expense. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I did get my order cancelled and a refund. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews on here and trusting their website.
Please don’t make the same mistake.

Finger weg. Bestellung war Ewigkeiten unterwegs. Nach mehrfachem Nachfragen kam das Paket dann endlich an. Die Größentabellen stimmen überhaupt nicht! Und nachdem das Produkt nun zwei Größen zu groß ist, wird die erwähnte Rückgabemöglichkeit nun aus hygienischen Gründen abgelehnt. Ungetragen und natürlich hygienisch anprobiert. Daher definitiv keine Empfehlung!!!

As advertised. Comfy and looked good under clothes.

Sous-vêtements faits en Chine, avec la qualité bas de gamme chinoise. Des soutiens gorge avec des tissus trop fin, et des bretelles en fin tissu qui coupe les épaules. Je suis juste outrée de cette politique de non retour qui oblige à conserver et payer au prix fort des sous-vêtements bas de gamme, dont un modèle de soutien gorge est juste impossible à enfiler. Ce site est à éviter car il s'agit véritablement d'une escroquerie !

livraison soit disant dans un point relais. On ne me dit pas quel point relais malgré les quatre mails envoyé pour avoir ce renseignement

This company are the worst company I've used. A lesson learned to read reviews first.

I ordered one item and when ordering the page suddenly said 10% off. I thought great and continued to order. I instantly received the confirmation for 2 and immediately followed instructions on how to cancel, which I did within 2 or 3 mins. In 2 days I received a response saying my cancellation went to their junk mail but they'll sort something out when the order arrives. 12 days wait. When it arrived they are refusing me a refund. The other item sizing is ridiculously small and even though no intimate areas are touched trying either item they are refusing a refund with that reason. £70 wasted

Trading standards are involved and assure me this company are in the wrong and given me instructions on how to deal with this.

They offer all sorts of crap discounts to put you off returning and then send the China address.
Still haven’t got my money back for the piece of crap they sent!

Ordered online, product took 3 weeks to turn up. Didn't respond to my request to cancel order. Didn't come in time for my event so I had to order elsewhere (somewhere that doesn't ship from China). Also delivery didn't update on the tracker for weeks forcing me to spend time emailing customer service. No point returning to China as you need to pay international return fee. Do not recommend ordering here. SimplyBe, ASOS etc have same product as half the price, free returns and reliable.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I made an order which was successful and I was continuously checking for update on the delivery of my order only to be informed that the items I’ve ordered are now out of stock. Even to get a refund back from this company was absolutely hell thank god for PayPal, DO not buy from this company.

I could not believe the effect this had. I have loose skin and am pre surgery for arm skin, following weight loss. This compressed, supported and smoothed without being uncomfortable or feeling like it was tight and restrictive. I was really blown away. It actually gave me an idea of what my arms would be like post surgery. Really impressed.

I ordered some underwear to wear under a fitted dress but it arrived two weeks later than specified and was of very poor quality. I asked to return the item but was told I could only have a 30% credit on a future purchase. This company is obviously based in China offering poor quality clothing and not offering any returns. Avoid at all costs!!

Purchased camisoles with bra built in. Wanted to return as they didn’t fit. Very polite reply but they will not offer a refund only an exchange and you have to pay for a return to china!
Poor quality items so buyers beware

Adhesive Bra ordered. Product ordered 17 days later which was too late for event. Product faulty. Bra cups creased and dimpled and not smooth.
There is no link on their website to action a return. So I contacted them by email and was advised that for hygienic reasons no underwear including bra's can be returned. However this bra has not even been tried on, still has its adhesive stickers on.
Customer service refused return and instead offered a discount on future purchases.
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this company should receive this return and offer a refund.
I think this is their business model to send a product out and then refuse returns.

Exceptional service with great quality products.

Ordered 2 items which took 3 weeks to arrive and therefore missed the event for which I ordered them. When I contacted customer support about returning the items I was told that it would expensive to pay the shipping cost to return. They also advised that one item could not be returned for hygiene reasons ( the package wasn’t even opened as it arrived too late) I have been offered a refund for one item which amounts to a 50% in store credit !
You cannot contact them on the phone number given on the website “ number called is not recognised” so a really bad experience all round. I would strongly advise anyone from using this website - avoid at all costs.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
The returns policy on their site is misleading, they do not accept returns for 'Hygienic' reasons, despite it clearly stating that provided items are tried over underwear, returned unworn and in original packaging they will refund. The clothing is incorrectly sized and badly made out of horrible cheap material. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to successfully raise a dispute for refund.
