I am beyond impressed with my glass plaque it came out way better than I envisioned it would. When I first saw it I was disappointed bc of the thin film on the front but if you read the product description that film is for protection while in transport! Haha! You just need to blow a hair dryer or something on it and it literally comes right off! I can not wait to gift this to my friend for her late son! I know she's going to love it!

The product showed up before they said it would, the quality of the work was amazing. I ordered a round rug and a tapestry, and both are beautiful. I have placed them on the wall because they are so beautiful that I would not want anyone walking on the rug. My granddaughters all love them and want one. loved my custom blankets. I ordered 2 and they arrived exactly as they looked on the website. I often steer clear of online shopping but this was pretty easy to do and the idea of being able to get your daughters names printed on the blanket makes them pretty special. This Father has a birthday gift organised with time up my sleeve. I'm kicking goals!

Love it, ordering was easy, get to choose what colours and what it says arrived in around three weeks from the USA cannot fault fits my phone perfectly looks great would recommend.

Usually I stay away from ads I see on social media but when I saw them I had to look a bit further. I clicked on and saw a beautiful heart shaped display piece that honestly made me cry when I saw it. This will make the perfect gift for my mother who sadly lost her 4 legged friends over the last couple of years.

The overall process to order was fairly straight forward and I especially loved the fact that they send you a preview image of what you have selected with a live view built into the customisation screen. I had to contact customer service twice but both times were my own mistake for not reading the product description fully. Nothing wrong at all, the first time was regarding the delivery and when I checked they were within the timeframes they describe on the website, sadly the shipping from the US to the UK takes a little while but that cannot be helped by anybody.

The second time was regarding the protective film. Again, I didn't read the product description and I didn't spot there was a protective layer, my mistake! Once I removed the protective layer the item was absolutely perfect. Both times I contacted customer service and gave them my order number, they were extremely quick to reply and always provided me with great customer service (even though the mistakes were mine) and they were also very quick to respond even with the time difference.

Overall I would happily order with this company again and I would encourage other people who may be on the fence to go ahead and order.

Ordered the dog mom phone case for my daughter’s birthday & she absolutely loves it. Ordering was easy with lots of options for each detail. Delivery did take a while but on contacting customer service team, they quickly investigated and item appeared to be lost in the customs stage but customer service team offered a replacement at expedited delivery. Then the original order was delivered a couple of days later. Would recommend and would use again
