Gute Erfahrung und insofern uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung
Es gab eigentlich keine Kommunikation nach der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung. Fand ich zwar komisch, war aber auch gar nicht notwendig. Alles hat genauso funktioniert, wie zuvor angekündigt.
Der Preis wirkte auf mich wie Liste, aber alles wie vereinbart.

Sehr gute Beratung vom Service Team. Es gab technische Schwierigkeiten mit den ausgewählten Attributen bei dem customizing. Ich wurde direkt per email kontaktiert und wir konnten alles klären. Die schläger wurden nach meinen Wünschen angepasst.

Verpackung war bei eintreffen kaputt schläger einfach nur lose im karton keine fixierung oder Füllmaterial für einen artikel zur dieser preisklasse nicht akzeptabel zum glück waren sie nicht beschädigt

We're relieved to hear that the irons arrived undamaged. However, please rest assured that if any products are ever delivered in a damaged condition, we take full responsibility and will ensure that they are repaired, replaced, or refunded as appropriate.
