I have recently bought a Porsche convertible that has had more than its fair share of amateur “Valet specialists” let loose on it. Andy assessed the paintwork and came up with a treatment plan based on his assessment.
After dropping off the car Andy and his team got to work. Andy took photos and videos whilst carrying out the detailing and sent them to me. Each part of the process was documented and I was kept up to date with the progress.
Andy clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I had agreed a package with Andy and when he started working on the car there were a few things that cropped up that Andy wanted to address. These were outside of the package I had agreed and I asked Andy to let me know the adjusted price. Andy replied to tell me there was no extra charge as it wouldn’t be fair to inflate the bill.

These extras included a more expensive paintwork protection than quoted.
Andy also had a paint mixture made up to my cars specification to repair a few chips in the paintwork. Andy then gave me the leftover paint and lacquer for any future scuffs - at no extra cost.

I’ve been back to Andy for some extra work on my car, I needed a bespoke PPF package to protect my car after some small mods. They designed it perfectly and made sure it looked just right. As always excellent work. Thanks guys

Andy and Craig at CCD did an absolutely magnificent job on my prized Ford Mustang Mach 1. It wasn't an old car (less than two years and c.8,000 miles), but it was wearing its miles already. CCD not only revived the sparkle of its Cyber Orange paint, but treated it to full PPF on most of its vulnerable areas of the body, then ceramic-coated the rest and cleaned the interior. Honestly, the end result was better than the car was when I picked it up from the Ford main dealer in December 2022, and considering all the work and careful detailing the guys did, it was for a very reasonable price too. Will be taking my car back there annually to keep it looking its best and cannot recommend CCD enough for any discerning car enthusiast who owns a vehicle they want to look like new again.

I had planned to exhibit my 300zx at Japfest in Silverstone on Sunday.
In a state of urgency, I reached out to Andy on Wednesday to request his help.
Despite the short notice, he kindly accommodated my request and scheduled my Z for swirl mark removal and comprehensive detailing.
By midday Saturday, my Z was meticulously detailed and gleaming (WoW).
At the show I received numerous compliments on its immaculate appearance.
Fortunately, I had Custom Creations Detailing business cards with me, which I distributed as a token of my appreciation.

I called Custom Creations after a quick search on Google, following a bad application on Pre-Wash on my car. It was late on a Friday afternoon and Andy took the time to stay later than the closing time to assess the works needed. He suggested that the works needed doing quickly so made every effort to get me in first thing on Monday morning to address the issues.

During the day - Andy kept me up to date with updates and progress of the detail, through emails and photos, each of which were immaculate.

I then returned just before closing on Monday to collect my car (Andy stayed after closing time again to ensure I was happy with the works and also to guide me moving forward on the cleaning maintenance).

From the severity of the contamination by the Pre-Wash, the results are absolutely unbelievable! The car is immaculate - it looks even better than when it was delivered new!

The service and effort provided to me was outstanding and far exceeding anything that I expected! He really knows what he is doing!

Will definitely be returning after chatting about some future proofing care of my Tesla M3.

2024 Porsche 911 GTS
Only had the car 3 days from brand new from the dealers but had booked it in with Andy to get it detailed and so glad I did!
I was offered the dealers detailing ( external company that comes in for the day - dealer was honest about this), but for a similar price and 3 days of hard work by Custom Creations and proper coating on the car, which unlike the dealer these guys remove the wheels and coat them on the inside and the brake callipers as well. I know dealers work to a time scale and price.
We are so pleased with the results ( it looks like a different car). I suppose the clue is in the title but the attention to detail that Custom Creations put into the presentation of our vehicle was exemplary and the communications were excellent across the process.
I have never had a car detailed before and certain did not realise all the work that goes into it, but we are so pleased with the results (and the after care/ advice). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company’s services and we will use them again.

Took my car in for front end PPF, ceramic coat and wheel ceramic coat. The work was completed to an incredibly high standard and the car looked substantially better than when it had arrived from the factory about a month before which absolutely blew me away when I collected it. I received regular video updates letting me know what was being done and why, but the main thing that stood out was the attention to detail at every stage. No corners were cut and this was evident when I picked the car up. Advice/demonstration also given on the maintenance wash which was really helpful. 10/10 experience throughout.

Went in for a bit of a fettle (all except the illegal fronts) and came out with a Colgate smile.
