I've been a customer of Andy's for quite a few years now, the only reason it's taken so long to write a review is because I didn't have a Trustpilot account.

Can't fault any experience I've had with these guys. Always extremely happy to help and offer advice. The wealth of knowledge they have is incredible and they are never funny about sharing it. It's quite plain to see that they love what they do with the amount of pride they put in to their work, whether it's a Fiesta or a Ferrari it doesn't matter, all that matters is the customers reaction when they get their car back from detailing, or having used a new product for the first time.

This is the only place I'd take my car/bike, knowing they'd show the same love and care for it as I do. 5/5 every day of the week!

Fantastic service as always Andy and the guys had my ford ranger in for it’s annual decontamination and top up on its ceramic coatings and all I can say is amazing the truck always looks spot on when I pick it back up it’s better now than when it was new the orange paint really pops thanks again guys see you again next year

I would like to say a big thank you to Andy for my refurbishment of my 22"Range Rover wheel's. They look better than new. + the Ceramic coating not sure on thr name of it but water just runs off so thanks again very happy

Andy at Custom Creations has helped me out no end of times. He is always happy to talk me through steps to take, new products and general detailing advice. His work at his unit is always amazing to see. I'd highly recommend Custom Creations for paint correction, protective coatings, detailing supplies or even a safe wash. Spot on.

Can highly recommend Custom Creations for your detailing requirement. After a long wait for a new car which was going to be a BMW but due to delays eventually changed to a Porsche Macan S.
Discussed options with Andy and finally settled on PPF to protect the front end along with ceramic coating all over to keep it looking it’s best.
The result is fantastic and a significant improvement over what Porsche supplied as a new car!
Not only will the car be protected long term but cleaning it is an absolute breeze😎

I took my Bentley Continental GT into Custom Creations Detailng as a flat and tired looking vehicle ,I had previously made the mistake of asking a hand car wash to remove some stains from the ivory leather interior ,which they did with neat tfr . This heavily stained the leather and ruined the interior appearance.
I took the car to Andy at CCD and he gave an honest appraisal of the dull paintwork and interior and worked out a plan of action . The car was with him for a week and the polishing and interior work was carried out on site , I was kept fully up to date via video clips of the amazing transformation taking place .
We are looking forward to more projects on the car including wheel refurbishment and glass treatment ,all of which I have the utmost faith in being as good as the work already carried out as Andy and his team are dedicated totally to the job in hand

Great service start to finish , helpful with what we needed with no pressure to just spend £££ . Our car looked fantastic on pick up .....we have had complements already . Thank you ..would highly recommend.

We are amazed at the transformation of our VW Transporter Camper Van. We had the paintwork enhanced and a 3 year coating applied which has made it look amazing with an unbelievable shine. The service was excellent, we had regular updates and the work was completed at the time and date as agreed. I will be using the guys to assist in maintaining the vehicle and fully recommend them. Can't recommend highly enough. My Volvo xc90 had been sorely neglected and left parked under a tree for 18 months. The inside was as moldy and rotten and as the outside. I left it with Andy and Craig and was astounded when I returned. Miracle workers doesn't cover it. They took my mobile skip and made it look almost new and completely unrecognizable from when I left it. It looks, feels and smells like a new car without any of the heavy synthetic freshener smells that mask odours instead of removing them. 10/10 all day

Top class work again by Andy and his team, I’ve already had detailing work on the outside of my RS4 and again I’m over the moon with the work on the inside with a full detailed clean up on everything, also the paintwork has been re treated and now looks even better, simply excellent👌👌

2 days and 1200 mile trip would say it all really but to put it into context, I’ve been buying products from Andy for over 5 years now and despite living in Scotland, once covid allowed travel, I asked Andy for a quote to detail, ceramic coat and PPF wrap my Triumph Street Triple RS.
Andy promptly quoted for the job and I began organising transport to take the bike down to his spacious, subtle yet professional workshop near Nottingham. Andy explained what was going to happen with the bike and over the next few days gave me daily updates with photos and info of the detailing. The attention to detail from Andy and Craig is second to none, from the awkward bespoke premiumsheild PPF wraps for parts I’d requested to the differing Titan ceramic coatings for Matte and gloss parts. The bike now is really better than showroom condition. I can’t thank Andy and the team enough for the level of service provided. I’ve already been asked if the 1200 mile trip was worth it? Damn right it was and il do it again for my next bike and cars in the future. Don’t hesitate to give Andy and the team a shout to look after your pride and Joy.

Wow what can I say. Andy and is team has provided an excellent service from start to finish and all the hard work and hours spent has made my car look better than when I first purchased it. I received daily updates and pictures and have had lots of great advice how to look after the paintwork when washing it after the detailing had been done, It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier , I would highly recommend anyone looking for car detailing to go nowhere else. Spoke to Andy regarding getting the best products to wash my new car with.

Went to see him today, met him aswell as Ashley and they offered nothing but pure advice!

None of this pushy stuff, just pointed me in the direction of everything that I would need and explained the benefits. They even gave me advice on the best ways to use the products and marked the bottles for the correct mixture…how goods that?!

Andy and the team have had my car to complete paint enhancement and then apply various Titan Coatings ceramic coating products. I was kept up to date throughout and when I also asked for some areas of PPF to be applied this was done within the same frame. The work is absolutely flawless and the car certainly looks better than new.
If this is something you are thinking about having done these are the guys…… can’t recommend them enough 🙏

I recently dropped my wheels off at custom creations for a full refurbishment and ceramic coating, after squeezing me in at very short notice. All I can say is the wheels now look brand new again and you’d never know they had already seen 50k miles of use, there isn’t an imperfection in sight. I’ve had wheels ceramic coated in the past by CCUK and I’m definitely looking forward to the easy cleaning life once again. Thanks!
