A fantastic service, I dealt with Alex throughout and he was extremely polite and efficient. The price of my bifold doors was excellent and they arrived in perfect condition. Dealing with many companies as I renovate my home Custom Rooflights stands out among the best. Highly recommended.

We cannot praise this company especially Derek and Alex. We purchased a Roof Lantern and sky light both of which the quality was excellent. 2 weeks after installing the Roof lantern a manufacturing fault became apparent on one of the panes of glass. We contacted Derek and Alex who quickly resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement pane. The service we received was excellent and we strongly recommend Custom roof-lights for their value for money, products and customer satisfaction. Well done Custom Rooflights.

We have just taken delivery of 2 rooflights to fit to our extension. There was a short wait whilst they came back in stock but were ready when they said they would be. Delivery was made promptly by a friendly, helpful driver direct from the company sign written van and not a courier, who may not of taken the same care.
They are due to be fitted soon but having looked over the product and frames they look good quality and we are very pleased so far and hope to be able to post some photos soon.
Would definitely recommend Custom Rooflights.

I was recommended by an architect for these roof lights, and the product was exactly what we were looking for. We had an issue with the size of the timber frame but they resolved the matter very quickly.

We had to delay the delivery, so no issues with timings. The Delivery Driver called ahead and reminded that assistance required and got reassurance that he could actually access the site
