Quick but expensive

Initial request sent by email, surprised to get a real response in only a few hours that confirmed they could support my request - Update to issued NOVA letter.

Surprised at night cost of £180 for a change to a letter, had no choice but to pay. New letter issued quickly in only 2 days

This was a long-standing NOVA amendment matter, involving a vehicle imported in 2024, an original NOVA record issued over a year ago, and a DVLA registration issue that had remained unresolved for more than a year. Cases like this require specialist handling, including case review, document assessment, compliance checks and a properly prepared submission to HMRC.

We are pleased that HMRC accepted the case and issued the corrected NOVA within 2 days, allowing the DVLA registration process to move forward.

Your professional uk customs experts!

We had a great experience with these guys!They helped us with the restoration of our goods that seized by HMRC and when we had questions they answered all of our questions promptly via phone and email keeping us updated for everything. Our case was difficult and complicated but they proved that if you have good partners you can solve your problems. We highly recommend this company to any Amazon seller having issues with unreliable freight forwarders/custom brokers as these guys can teach you how you can be 100% compliant with HMRC guidelines.
