I can’t believe i got scam with this cheap print that nothing look like the image that i sent in.

My advise to anyone looking at Customylove website is DON’T. It is a complete rip off. The website leads you to believe that the design is sewed on to the sweatshirt but it is instead a cheap transfer that is not even well attached and will not stand up to washing. Furthermore the quality of the sweatshirt is dreadful. You can’t send it back for a refund either. Please avoid this company.

I ordered this since my pet recently passed away. The material of the sweater wasn’t even close to what was pictured, the dog doesn’t even look close to what I had sent in. The sweater I ordered was an XL and it was more like a kids XL. I will never order from them again.

This company is horrible. The quality of the sweatshirt is bad and the pic of my dog is just a screen pic of a shepherd. What was the point of sending a personal pic. Terrible company never again

Ordered a sweater with image on the front. The site shows pictures of a bigger size image. Got a sweater with an image in the middle with the size of the chest picture. They promised me to send some of my money back. Still didn't receive my money back and totally getting ignored. One big scam!!

Es ist eine richtig scheis seite, Qualität ist wirklich sehr sehr schlecht! Die Pullover fallen außerdem super klein aus, kommen aus Asien. Und die Motive sind nicht ansatzweise schön geworden! So viel Geld für einen so billigen Pullover!

Scam ordered an $80 custom hoodie was supposed to have stitching it's all screen print. Super cheap.

Horrible. One of my cats passed away last month so I ordered both my babies on a hoodie, it arrived and they got BOTH of their colors wrong. My gray cat is brown and my orange one is yellow. I contacted support and they only wanted to give 8$ back on a 100$ hoodie they didn't wanna fix it. I told them that's not good enough and they will not do a return and refund on the item infact they are ignoring my emails. I left a bad review twice and they have taken them down. It's a scam and cheaply made , don't waste your money.

Wish I could give 0 starts, I made a review on the 7th of September and this the update. I haven’t received anything, I have had no contact from them after countless emails on my end, I’m now trying to get my money back from the bank. Please do not order anything you see on TikTok, instagram or anything that is advertised through any social media. Until you check reviews don’t believe anything you see. £70 down the drain for me, don’t make the same mistakes. Not everything you pay for looks like what it does online.
EDIT we’re now on the 16th December and nothing. My bank got my money back.

Quality is poor, nothing like advertised. Print does not look like my cat and is really ugly.

So upset with my product. Did not match the design. Sizes are too small and the quality isn’t great for the price. Customer services was overly helpful and wouldn’t refund. 😔

Shocking company, completely false advertising. Paid over £60 for a jumper that is nothing like what it’s advertised. It’s a cheap, shiny, see-through jumper with a shiny sticker printed on the front. Cost no more than £5 to make yet advertised as handmade. They lie and scam. Disputing with my bank and trading standards as still not getting anywhere with the company.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is a scam and do not but from them no matter what! I ordered a mother's day gift over a month ago and STILL haven't received it. Their customer service keeps giving me the run around saying I can't get a refund because the item is in route to me, but this has been weeks. Total scam

Scammers Do not order from here they are false misleading products and expect a full refund.

If i could give them 0 star i would. I found this company advertised on tiktok and it is an utter scam. I sent them a picture of my cat who had just passed away and I wanted his outline on a sweatshirt. I paid £50 for it and I got a product that was so bad in quality, but that wasnt even my issue... the outline of the cat on the sweatshirt was nothing like the picture I had sent them. They used a random cat photo and sent it to me. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund me and offered 15% refund. I refused so they said they would send another one and it never came. When I contacted them again they said it was in transit. They stopped answering my e-mails and I never received my sweatshirt. Utterly disappointed.

Bestellvorgang ist unübersichtlich, ewige Fertigungs- und Lieferzeit.
Und dann bekommt man das Ergebnis: Hoodies von schlechtester Grundqualität (ich möchte nicht übertrieben klingen, aber das sind gefühlt paar Mülltüten übereinander gelegt, so sehr fühlt sich das nach Plastik/Polyester an), Größen die nichts mit irgendeinem internationalen Standard zu tun haben (L bei denen heißt XS bei normalen Verkäufern) und zu guter letzt ein Druck, der zu wünschen übrig lässt und bereits beim anprobieren teilweise abfällt. Es gibt keinen Grund, Produkte von CustoMyLove zu beziehen.
