I was sent somebody else’s parcel and when I used their website to get in touch on three separate occasions I had no response.

We had some panelling up already and wanted to add a decorative shelf. The max length wouldn’t be long enough for the whole wall so we ordered three equal length pieces. Glued the supporting triangles on first, to line up with the panelling and then glued the three parts of the shelf on. Added some decorators caulk, sanded down, painted and really pleased with the finished look! (P.S - we ordered the water resistant one as it’s in the kitchen.)

Resposta da Cut My
Hi Jessica
We are so pleased that you are happy with your panelling order. Thank you for your kind review and for sharing photos of what you've done with it. The colour is really lovely! Would you mind if we use these photos in our customer image gallery on our website?
Great product ...easy to put up (according to my husband) but too much packaging.....but the product itself was just what I wanted!!

Resposta da Cut My
Hi Jessica
Thank you for your review! We’re so pleased to hear you’re happy with your product and that it was easy to install. We do take a lot of care when packaging orders to make sure they arrive safely, especially as some orders are being transported over the entire country! We’re always reviewing our processes and looking for more sustainable options, such as cardboard, where possible. Your feedback is really valuable and will help us keep improving.
I ordered this shelf to go on top of the panelling in my babies room and it looks perfect. Came exactly as described and fits perfectly in the space. More expensive than cutting yourself of course but for ease, it was worth the money!
