One Happy Customer!

Customer Rep was very helpful and I am very pleased with the end results of my order.

My experience was great, it arrived quickly, and looks so amazing. My friend is going to love it!

LOVED! Came super fast. The support team was phenomenal and I can’t wait to see the expression on the guys faces when they sign this.

The customer service rep helped me find the best picture for my cutout. It arrived very quickly and I'm in love with it! Thank you!!!

This is the best £30 I ever spent.
I ordered a cardboard cut out of my cat, to suprise my husband at our wedding as he had mentioned how disappointed he was that his "real best man" wasn't going to be there.
It's perfect and arrived within 48 hours, perfectly packaged.
I'm so excited to see his reaction!

The customer service was amazing. All the folks that I interacted were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site.

I wanted to get 2 life size cut outs of friends, I roughly trimmed the photos and sent them over.
A couple of days later they contacted me to say that the quality of the photo was not good enough and that the images would not look good, and did I have any other photos of better quality which I didnt.
They gave me a full refund straight away and suggested maybe instead of a full size cutout to go for a "buddy" one basically chest up and to send it over to the email they had contacted me on for pre approval rather than going through the full order process. I did this and all was good.
The Cutouts arrived a couple of days later and look brilliant, I am very pleased.

I am impressed with this company. The video made sure that I got the photo right and they turned it around in a few days. Love the result - its a life size cardboard cut out of my dog and you have to look twice to realise it's not real. Great packaging too, no plastic and very well wrapped.

Brilliant product and communication from staff, emailed back and forth with Abigail for a custom specific true to size cut out and advised her of everything I wanted (removal of background surrounding image etc.) she was able to advise me of what they could do to make it work and any specific details. Item came within good time after order placed, item was just as described and brilliant quality. Very happy

Great product! Shipped and deliverd in time

All good quality & on time perfect
Thanks

I can’t say enough good things about Cutoutme! They are simply amazing- they worked diligently until we had just the right photo and then shipped it to my destination flawlessly. I will be using them again and highly recommend them to you!

We ordered for life-size cut outs for a dinner dance that we had in May 2023. Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby, Darin, and Michael Bublé. Two had to be special order where I came up with the image I wanted, and the company reps were able to work with me to make it a reality. Each was sturdy, true to size and great props for photo opportunities. They were the hit of the party. Everyone took lots of photos.

The Cut out looks very good. I was just wondering why the shipping costs are so high. Customer Service told me they have a production site in Hannover, Germany. I ordered it from Germany and had to pay 21 Euros for shipping fees. The package was not even oversized or so...

Excellent company. Always take the time to listen to what I need and help me with my pictures so I can get the best cutout possible. Sasha is always fantastic with me and love dealing with her for my orders.
