I would advise you to be very careful when booking a rental car with this company. I travel to the GC every year and arranged a long-term car rental for 8 weeks at a competitive price believing it to be a fair offer. I ordered a medium sized SUV. The car I was given had done over 220000 KMs, it was sluggish, it had a sickly smell in the interior from smoking. Unbelievably it had a towbar fitted which I have never seen on a hire car! Therefore indicating it had been purchased from an auction or a someone's old car. I took the bomb back and agreed a newer (not that new) car and offered a small MG3 (the only car available!) at the same price! I expected a discount for a lower category car, but nothing was forthcoming and I was made to feel like this company was doing me a favour. Anyway it is their loss as a I rent cars on the GC every year for between 8 and 10 weeks. I will continue to use ACE car rentals for the future who have much better business ethics! If you are considering this company I advice you to turn over the stones carefully!!!!
