SCAM!
I made an order on the 14 of May to my country, which was listed on the drop-down menu of countries that can be delivered to. I went through with the purchase and spent a total of $70 worth of products.
Some days later, I received an email stating that they do not ship to my country and they would do a refund. I waited patiently then I was told that the transaction wasn't found which was a shock to me because it was confirmed by the bank in my country. They also stated that it was has for them to send the refund back via the card used, so I provided them with the details necessary for them to refund to the account.
Eventually the found the transaction confirmation and said that they would issue a refund in a few days. I sent an email close to a week later to find out the status of the refund. To my avail, I have not received a response in the past 4 days since I sent that email. I will be a month in 3 days.
Customer service is the worst and I have to constantly be the first to send emails to them. I am starting to think this company is a scam and I am not changing my review until the money has been refunded FULLY!
