I was unsatisfied with my hair and the color mostly they told me that I could send it back if I wasn’t satisfied, but you have to send it back on your own which means you’re gonna pay double or triple trying to send it back to China is very misleading information. They don’t help you send it back and you just stuck with the product so they should not advertise that if you’re unsatisfied that you can send it back when you are sending it back at your own risk

The product you purchased was the 14-inch 50g option, and while the weight is listed on the product page, we understand that the actual amount received may not have matched your expectations for a full install.

As an international business, customers are currently responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a quality issue or shipping error. We understand that international return shipping can be expensive, and we know this is frustrating.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. I paid over $50 for 50 grams of hair, but the amount I received was extremely small. The quantity would not cover one fourth of my head. Selling hair by weight can be misleading when customers cannot clearly visualize how little the product they product they are actually getting for the price.
For the amount charged, I really expected much more hair. Unfortunately, this purchase did not feel worth the money. I would encourage future buyers to carefully consider the quantity before buying.
To make matters worse, there is no option to return the product. I am stuck with a few strings of hair that I purchase for $52

• For a full head look: 150G–200G
• For a fuller look: 250G
Since crochet human hair is lightweight, 50G is intended for partial use, mixing, or adding volume rather than a full-head install. We always try to provide clear guidance on the product page so customers can choose the amount that best fits their desired look.

My hair came super quick. And it was exactly like the picture. The hair is super soft and no shedding. I haven't experienced any tangling yet. I will be buying again.

I was supposed to get 3packs of the 30# color of kinky curly , but only 2 packs so I haven’t done my hair yet cause I don’t have enough hair. Other than that, I’m happy with the hair.
