A Life Changing Approach to Health and Well-Being
Before joining TSD, I felt my weight and overall health were getting out of my control. I couldn't see how anything could change the attitude I had towards food and lack of exercise and I struggled to believe anything could work for me. In short I had begun to dislike myself and certainly disliked the woman looking back at me from the mirror.
However, with the support of my coach and the whole TSD team I found a way to like myself more and make some positive changes in my life. I have started to exercise and eat better but the biggest win has been my attitude to my health and learning to put myself first, something I would not have previously done.
If you are someone who is not sure I would suggest you speak to Alex and the team as it soon becomes apparent that you can achieve anything with the right support behind you. I credit the team for giving the tools and belief I needed to make the change that has changed my life completely. But the changes have come from within me. I now have the skills to build on this further and know the team are there to support me when I need them.
I needed to put myself first so I could the live the life I want to live. I am happier, healthier, stronger and slimmer. I have increased confidence and have found ways to make my life easier, whilst being able to prioritise my own health and well-being.
I have started to look back at the woman in the mirror and like her way more than I have for a very long time.
I would strongly recommend TSD if you want a way to improve your health and mindset and live the life you want to live.

Helping a million people
I am so grateful to Alex for giving me this opportunity to finally sort my life out. I am starting today at 15 and half stone, the heaviest I have ever been, I cannot carry on doing diet after diet and getting no where.
So today I am starting the sustainable diet plan. There’s a lot of information to watch and read, I’m still working my way through it but I already feel that this is going to work, a lot of it makes sense and it seems like it will be sustainable. Alex kindly gave me all this information for free, he is on a mission to help a million people and I really think he will achieve this

A really supportive source for…
A really supportive source for addressing weight loss. It addresses not just diet and exercise but all the other issues around weight loss. It is a lot to get your head around and the programme runs really fast but as I worked through, it started to become clearer. It is expensive but so far it has been worth it and I have high hopes as the programme progresses.Having your own coach is so helpful, I can contact my coach Jock anytime for support and advice. Checking in with him is a good motivator

Biggest Wins with TSD
Approaching 60 I had resigned myself to slowly decline, losing mobility, losing confidence, and losing all enjoyment of life. It was a struggle to work, I was exhausted , fed up and had little self esteem. I thought this was my lot in life. I had always been big, big boned as my mum would have said. I lost 4 stone in my early 20’s to get married and looked amazing. Within 2 weeks honeymoon I had put a stone back on. What followed was a vicious cycle of endless diets and diet clubs. You name it I tried it! Fast forward 37 years and I was 14 stone heavier than on my wedding day! How the hell did that happen? I’ve literally dieted myself fatter. When I came across Alex facebook feed I was sceptical but very intrigued. I joined up on the 12 week program at beginning of March. Don’t get me wrong there’s a lot of information and resources given to you early on but don’t feel overwhelmed. Take it in bite size pieces. You are always learning and that’s good. There is a whole supportive team who seem to want to get the best outcome for you. There’s your own personal coach ( I’m really thankful for Jamie), psychologist, dieticians, mindset coaches amongst many others. There’s loads of opportunities to join Facebook groups, live coaching sessions and live exercise sessions. My mobility was really poor but my coach has slowly introduced exercises specifically for limited mobility and this has really improved for me over 4 short weeks. In this time with my tailored diet plan ( including snacks) and exercises 3 times a week I have lost 16lbs and gone down 2 dress sizes. I couldn’t walk far without needing to stop for a rest but i do the same walk into work from the car park in one go now and now choose the stairs rather than the lifts ( avoided stairs for past 3 years as live in ground floor flat) if I had realised I could do this in 4 weeks why didn’t I join earlier? I guess I thought that it wouldn’t work for me, I was resigned for my lot in life, almost waiting for life to revolve around me. If you are sitting on the fence I would say go for it, I feel more alive, more mobile, more fitter than I have in years and I can only see it getting better. This is my time to prioritise me, I have reared children, work full time in the NHS as a scientist, am a carer for my husband and have a lovely array of grandchildren. If I don’t prioritise me then I’m not strong and healthy to support them. It is a financial investment, but what price do you put on your health. Thank you Alex and team for your support. I am truly grateful

A highly effective programme
I am currently working with the team at TSD with a personal coach helping me to keep making progress towards my weight loss goals. I couldn’t be happier with the programme, the support from my coach, the meal plan and exercises and , of course the weight loss that I’ve achieved. I have lost nearly 2 stone since I began in summer 24 and more importantly am much fitter, stronger and able to recognise behaviours that help me achieve my goals and better fitness. At 55 and peri-menopausal I had lost hope that I would ever be able to lose the weight that had crept on over the last 10 years. I now weigh less than I did 10 years ago and am progressing steadily to my overall goal. The programme is costly, but the support you receive from your coach, psychologists, physiotherapists as well as dieticians represents very good value. It is a very comprehensive approach, so much more than just a diet, and the exercises are accessible and progressive, a very personalised programme. My coach Rab is brilliant; a patient and encouraging support and guide. Furthermore, the daily live sessions with Alex and training from all members of his multidisciplinary team are excellent and help to keep all of us on the programme motivated and inspired. The journey is not a lonely one as everyone who joins has access to the inner circle Facebook group who are always encouraging and so supportive, as we have shared goals and experiences. I am very happy to recommend TSD to anyone who wants to lose weight sustainably, no more yo-yo dieting, but be prepared to work hard, exercise and increasing step count are a necessary part of the process.

Big winner
Before joining TSD I was depressed, tired, over weight and waiting for a total knee replacement. I joined TSD last year and followed the program 96% of the time. I was overwhelmed in the beginning with the amount of information but with the help of my wonderful amazing coach Rab I have changed my whole outlook on food and exercise. I had a target to lose 10% of my body weight to get the funding for my operation this is achieved in September and subsequently have had my knee replacement. I was disappointed to see the weight go back on during my recovery but again with the support from Rab this and more has been lost so if I look at the scales I lost 6kg to have my operation put most back on and now have lost that and a further 5kg a total of 11kg. Whilst that may not sound like huge amounts remember I put the weight back on in September and October so I have in theory lost 11kg in 5 months. My focus is no longer on how much food and snacks I can eat but on eating when I am hungry and choosing the right fuel for my body. I was in theory putting a below standard fuel in and expecting to be able to perform at my best. You wouldn't use a low grade fuel or oil in your high performance car, you wouldn't not mot or service it either. So why did I constantly do that to my body, well if TSD and Rab has taught me anything it's to be kind to myself and to give my body the right fuel to keep performing for many more years. Give yourself a chance if you are like me and a binge rubbish eater this team can help, my coach Rab has been my biggest supporter he has gotten me through some very difficult times over the last year and is always there if I need him.

Some really useful weight loss info for free
Having responded to a post on FB, they followed up and I was able to get a really good "starter"pack of information on diet recipes, exercises, nutrition, mindfulness tips for making time to exercise, beat cravings and snacking and lots more, all FREE. They continue to follow up with information and tips through their FB postings and online sessions that is also free to access. Absolutely brilliant!

I have been struggling with my weight since I had to finish work due to a chronic health condition. I didn't know what to expect, but was intreaged by a video of Alex explaining what they do and their ambition to get 1 million people fitter and healthier for the rest of their lives. I was in awe of the text conversation with Alex, and felt listened to and understood which felt wonderful. I was even given the programme for free for which I am extremely grateful which was due to my circumstances. I am working through all the valuable information, it is giving me so much belief in myself for my future, it's thorough but easy to understand.
I wholeheartedly recommend this for anyone who may be needing help in creating a better version of themselves.

TSD is a lifestyle change not a quick fix
TSD is a lifestyle change. It is really about giving you the tools to make the right choices for a healthier, happier you. You get access to health,nutrition,wellness and exercise coaches as well as your own personal coach for the journey. It's tough at the start as you are bombarded with information and it is difficult to keep up but I picked up the bits I wanted to get to grips with. My coach is really supportive and we message and chat a few times a week, more or less depending on my needs. The recommended reading and the videos are all really educational. The workouts are tailored to your level of ability. It challenges your thinking and your attitudes and as with everything in life you only get out what you are prepared to put in. Some reviews have mentioned it was quite pressurised to sign up and I would say that TSD is not as up front as they could be about cost especially as they are usually dealing with women who are at a vulnerable period in their life and that is why they are looking for this type of support. But I have not regretted my decision to join as I know I have changed in so many other ways than just losing weight because of their support.

You’re a big WIN with us
At the beginning I was apprehensive and was reassured all the way. I soon understood how different this approach was to weight loss. Supported by Jamie my assigned coach all the way on all aspects. It wasn’t just about diet it was exercise and mindset. Getting rid of old learnt unproductive behaviours, after all I had tried so many diets, lost weight and then gained and putting more on. Great insight into why we binge eat which was so helpful.
I have lost pounds and Cms and know now this is a journey not a race. I have learnt so much about mindset and how this affects positive outcomes.
If you are considering this and not too sure, I don’t feel you would live in regret.
I have reached an age where I need to put me first so I can live the most active healthy life I can and make moments count.

TSD. Finally…a programme that works!
Having deliberated for several years about joining TSD, and yo yo dieted since the birth of my now grown up children it took a sudden heart attack to give me the push I needed to finally sign up.
9 weeks in and still early days but the progress is real and I am so so glad to be on this programme and be part of such a supportive and positive team.
Yes…it’s a significant financial outlay but it will be the best money you’ve ever spent. As women we are really bad at investing in ourselves which is why so many of us hesitate. If you’re on the fence my advice would be just do it! It is truly life changing and you will never look back. SCP is so much more than a diet and fitness programme…and has impacted on every aspect of my life.
The Mindset training and accountability are key. I speak with my coach David weekly/sometimes daily. He is my voice of reason when stuck or when self doubt creeps in. You also have access to other professionals in the TSD MD team, including psychologist, nutritionist, physio, mindset coaches and more.
Since joining I am walking/prioritising movement every single day and am fitter/ have more energy than I did 20yrs ago. I am confident this programme will get me to my end goal which is to be in the best possible health to enjoy my 60’s. It may not be overnight but sustainability is crucial and is what makes this different from other diets. Icing on the cake….4kg and 24cm gone.
After my 8 week review call with Alex yesterday which reduced me to tears ( happy tears!) I signed up for a further 2 years on the Elite physique platinum programme. You cannot put a price on your quality of life and future health and wellbeing. I know I am worth it…..so are you.

This is so much more than a diet and…
This is so much more than a diet and I’m so pleased I clicked on the link on Facebook.
I had a horrible year in 2024 with three major losses and found comfort in crisps and chocolate. In 7 weeks, I’ve lost 3.3kg and I have the same again to lose. Not a lot, but makes such a difference to my self confidence seeing my body changing, my muscles developing is so exciting.
I have a personal coach who is so supportive and makes me laugh. So far from a sergeant major approach.
Another thing that’s different is they have sorts of psychological advice and talks with a huge reading list to be the best you can be. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, I thoroughly recommend The Sustainable Diet

Motivated and ready
Having been offered a free course I decided to give it a go. I have been given a great deal of information and recipes and motivation to start my journey. Today I have booked an induction at the gym for next week while I get my head around planning the week ahead.

Feeling positive. Free plan received.
I went to the sport dietician as I was really struggling to get rid of my excess weight. We went through a few questions to establish best plan for me. Questions like why I wanted to get healthier and how much I wanted to loose.
I received a free plan including recipes and excercises. Shopping list items and a video helping explain the free plan.
I started straight away on excercises and trying to up my water intake which for me I find hard.
I find everything I received very informative and helpful.
I am only a couple of days in but I have high hopes this will motivate and help me live a better me.

Cost too much for what you get
I feel so dumb for joining this scheme. At £225 a month, I stupidly believed the hype and the hard sell. I honestly thought it involved time in a gym, with an actual coach. All the pictures showed people in gyms. What you get is an app which is okay but not worth the money. However it’s not that different from many others, apart from the extortionate cost. I have seen many threads in the Facebook groups where people have suggested the use of other apps for food ideas, calorie counting and fitness. Most of the training is when I’m going to work, at work or coming home. When I was offered a call with my ‘coach’ he was only available during 10-3, so I had to wait for a day off. There’s many other cheaper or free options. For the money I’ve paid I could have got a gym membership for a year, with an actual trainer. In order to check if you’re exercising correctly you have to film yourself, somehow, and share the video.
They promise support from multiple experts for example a fitness and mindset coach but that didn’t happen. I got one zoom call with my coach, some texts and one call. I’ll admit that I found it hard to connect, my coach would send texts stating that I was getting him in trouble. I was never offered any help from anyone else, even though I was struggling. And the call made everything worse. I’d mentioned being very stressed due to work, resulting in multiple migraines throughout my week. My coach dismissed this by telling me that his sister’s job was more stressful and at 5’1, she was able to handle her work so I shouldn’t be stressed about my work. This did not help me. I’m also having financial difficulties at the moment, I’ve sent messages trying to get out of this but heard nothing. Obviously I fell for the promises and have to live with the emotional and financial pain but hopefully others will choose wisely

After a hesitant send me some info request, Alex contacted me directly.
He was kind and patient when asking for my history and issues. When I said I wasn’t too sure I was ready just yet, he sent me all the resources for free !
Asked me to look thru them and just make one small change. It made it far less overwhelming to look thru the information knowing I only needed to make one change, no pressure to do more than that. Can’t fault the understanding and support I was given.

Life changing Programme
I discovered that I could watch the free video's and read stories about real women and their weight loss and fitness journeys that are inspiring.
This made me want to join.
I have a coach to help me understand how to impliment this new way of thinking and lifestyle.
There are so many other people involved too to help me win my struggles with my weight loss. Although the food I can now make to eat is tailor made by a dietician and is the best food I have ever had. I am never hungry now and the new routines I have implimented are fantastic for my new way of living.
Already I have lost 24 cm from my body. That's just in 8 weeks.
There are psychologists, physiotherapist, dietitian, coaches and other professional people involved with me in my new journey to being slimmer and fitter.
This really works and has made a massive difference to me already.
From the start of this programme I was skeptical as to whether it would really work. It does. It's also worth mentioning that I have been blighted with injury from the start so I haven't actually done any exercise yet and won't be able to do anything for a while yet. But with minimum movement still I've lost weight, cm's and learned a whole load of useful stuff to help me.
I would say to anyone, give it a go. The people who work with or for TSD are genuine and do care. They are always honest and push you through cutting out all the myths and old wives tales. They give hard facts and don't try to pretend that this is easy. They say it as it is. With the assurance that they are with you all the way.
