I am a tier3 customer bought cxgenie to use their mailbox feature. It's been 17 days + I am cheatting with one of their support agent named Leah Nguyen
She just wasting my time by giving wrong information. sometime telling it's a bug, sometime telling it's a feature. she need some 3 days to address. but didn't came up with a solution yet.

My final thought: The dev team seems very weak, they are fixing one bug and creating 2 new bugs! Just waste of time. If anyone from CX Genie want to seat with me on a google meet I can show how many error their app contain and can help them to fix.

Good customer service, really does save time on daily management tasks

all in one tool with a lot of features, not many tools have so many features like this. Great support team that helps me a lot to setup chatbot and go live on my site. The most surprising is that they build new features really quick, a lot of new things come every single week.

Genie is Cheat . Their information data base stops in 2023 . They do not tell you . You only know at your first search . They claim to give you 3 days free and then pull you into the monthly subscription .
Stay away from them there are far better tools eg perplexie

I've been testing and using CX Genie for the last couple of months and Ive been more than satisfied with the services this platform offers!!
