Ethan, Lee and Luke were all very professional, helpful and patient when dealing with this computer luddite!
I wasn't very confident in doing what was needed to pass CE+ but they talked/showed me what to do very successfully.
The experience was relatively painless but when they had to access our devices the instructions and communications were very clear and precise.

Really impressed with Joe and Lee from Palisade. I'm reasonably IT literate but the CE+ stuff is beyond my IT skills. Joe and Lee liaised with my IT people as needed, and explained to me with patience what was needed, and the result was a successful CE+ pass in a short amount of time.
