Excellent Service and will 1000% use again

I was blown away by how easy the whole experience was (aside from me not finding anywhere on the website to leave a note as to where to leave my package if I wasn't home to collect it). From registering on the site, to making a payment to the actual delivery everything was fast, professional and efficient, so much so that I've recommended the company to friends who have had similar positive experiences.

I ordered a courier last minute, it was kind of a complicated job but the team was incredibly responsive and very helpful. It was collected super quickly and at its destination in one piece. I had to get on to their customer service to ask about some more specific details and they were really friendly and attentive to my special requests. A trustworthy service to use if you're sending anything important or specific!

When you have packages coming your way you normally feel excited but when it comes to MyPup, get ready to have anxiety instead. 4 times so far they have misplaced and lost packages. We do get refunds but it would be nice to once in a way get the ordered packages. Apart from delay, then back and forth mails to prove the delivery was done and that was lost, and if you won’t have the proof they would just say they haven’t received packages in the first place. It has become completely unreliable now. Disappointed.

Fast and communicative

Cyclone have begun outsourcing their transfers to external couriers without informing customers. Items were never collected and we weren't told that the collection didn't take place. When contacting Cyclone, they're not able to help as they've handed off responsibility for the collection to another courier.
