My old debit card was lost, the bank blocked it. I tried to renew my subscription with a new card twice. The online form kept putting in my old card details. I called the Mail who tried to put the payment through themselves, but due to me trying to pay twice my card has been blocked by the bank. Will not try again.

The Daily Mail are sewer scraping, down and outs that think by naming and locating Danny's mother are fair game, this establishment should be written off as a community organisation, they are lower than low and I ask everyone not to subscribe to any Daily Mail payments and promotions, I wish we all can support this request on the grounds of intimidation from Mainstream Media.

A lot of emails. Cancelling the subscription is a nightmare. It is not enough to login and cancel. First you have to email them and add name and email and card digit number.. it is insane, never seen anything like it

I've emailed and follow instruction but they kept charging me for subscription. No response other than bot template. These people are scammers.

For some reason Daily Mail is allowing a flashing AD at the top of the page on its app this is causing me migraine it's absolutely ridiculous

I too had difficulty cancelling the online subscription before it increased after 12months.

Their terms of business importantly state at clause 4.1 that they will always inform you in advance of any price increase and offer an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
This did not happen. I was told the new price in an email confirming that it had been taken. I was refused a refund of that month's subscription as Clause 5.3 states that any cancellation will only take effect at the next payment date, except as set out elsewhere in these Terms. Well at clause 5.1 a) it will end immediately where I have been told about an upcoming change which I do not agree to.

I wasn't told in advance, wasn't given the opportunity to cancel immediately and when I complained in an email, I had no response. The complaints department don't follow their own terms and conditions unless it suits them and they quote only that.

DM management seems reluctant to fix the problem as this has been going on for over a year ..

There's a reason why Wikipedia no longer permits the daily mail as a source of information, and equally why they have had to retract so many factually incorrect stories.
If you're looking for fact driven journalism you will not find it here.

So many pop up ads and flashing backgrounds makes reading difficult.

I have just purchased my Daily Mail£1.60 no magazine (tesco) no reason why,not the first time,but what is getting up my nose is nearly half the paper is made up with adverts.Now I have been a reader of the mail over 60 years.I would have thought the profit from the ads would be enough,I will still buy it,if only for the brilliant sketch writers.

With all the transphobia and anti trans content on daily mails social media it’s become a cesspit of transphobic horrific people, it’s quite frankly disgusting

This apology for a media group are shameless. They refuse to cancel subscriptions by email request & make all sorts of incorrect claims about following the Data Protection Act. Would never again touch anything this company promoted.

Impossible to cancel the + subscription, you cannot do it in the app. They say you can email to cancel, I didn't hear back for 2 days, when I did they said I couldn't cancel by email. I then had to either call or live chat. On the live chat I asked to cancel and was sent to wrong department, asked to cancel again and they continued to try sell to me.
