Daily pay is awesome I don’t use it unless I have an emergency and I love to watch my money build up as well .

I mean this app makes it easy for me to be able to borrow from my check before getting paid so I really like that benefit. I just don’t like the fees that we inquire for borrowing our own money. But overall, it’s a great option to have.

I like the fact u can get some of your money if you need to like to pay a bill grocery medicine and so on..

I like it if I need my money I have it right then and there instead of waiting for payday at no fees love the app love the card

I love the ability to get some funds from my earnings if I have some unexpected expense or emergency happens. The thing I don't like, that I just discovered two days ago, is that, apparent, if you are on paid leave you don't have access to those funds. I had surgery on Monday so I am off for the next two weeks to heal. I used PTO (paid time off), for the days I will be off work.

Too many delays. I have been using this for YEARS and I have never experienced delays like I did this week. 4 days I worked and it didn't update until my 2nd day off. I was lucky enough to have family to help me out until I was able to utilize this to keep my utilities on. I appreciate that this app is functional, but whatever is going on with the bugs and things on weekends needs correction. ASAP.

Pending Transactions takes to long. No overdraft

Outsourced customer service. Read off prompts and are zero help. Everything is a system error with no substance in a response. They tell you to wait until payday which makes their service absolutely pointless. Scam company.

Getting better for employees needing alternative services and resources to manage their income and frequency

Very easy to follow, very easy to use, helps me when I really need to take money for a bill, overall best thing I could have from my job. Sometimes we can't wait two weeks to pay a bill that's due today and this program is excellent for that. Thank you

I enjoy daily pay because I can get money when I need it. It only take a few click to receive your money when unexpected financial situations come up. You don't have to worry if u don't have the money on hand Daily Pay makes it so convenient when the time arrives.
