They are liers saying that they didn't receive payment twice which is not true I'm not going to pay for there screw up this is ridiculous behavior they had 3 pay periods to get the remaining balance paid but unfortunately didn't get it done I'm not paying for this period

So, with the same issue arising, I stated I wanted to record my interaction today, the lady went silent, for like 30 seconds, and comes back saying, we do not give you authorization to record our call. Which, they record, so what is the issue? Then I had to ask 5 times to speak with her higher up, and she raised her voice and argued with me. All of this because their records are indicating that I transferred more money than what I actually have. I finally was sent to the supervisor, when he answered the call, he was rude, short, and this is the 3 rd person I talked to that was so rude. Only 1 lady was nice and explained things to me. Its my paycheck, anyone would be 😡 upset with this happening to their paycheck.

applied for the dailypay debit card which from what I read get rid of fees. so I applied, was told card would be here in 2 weeks. I was ok with that. I made a few transfers which went to my bank until I made another transfer on sunday which didn't go to my bank, it went to the virtual card of Dailypay, which I had no idea about. Now, I had no access to cash until the card came. I was told to download applepay. I refused. Plus, they charged me $3.49 fee to transfer to dailypay card which I didn't authorized or know about. They were awful to me and they hung up on me twice.So in order to get my money back in my bank acct. I had to now pay a $3.99 for transfer fee. So $7.50 total in fees. Buy now my money is back in my acct. and I cancel out of Daily pay. I feel very scamed.

It would help to get funds same day instead of next day for very important emergencies

I love getting some of my pay earlier, I don't like it when i can't get over the weekend.I would have to wait for Monday to come around to get the rest of my unavailable money.Fix that please.Because if my pay period is every Wednesday then i want what's unavailable to me on that Fiday. Other than this,I have no complaints. Keep it going Daily Pay,I love it

Daily pay is a blessing helping out in-between pay day and the company treats us great always doing something to show they appreciate us

This is a predatory lender,you get trapped into this on going cycle of borrowing your own money,but the fees rack up..they aren't transparent at all..I feel like they took some of my money,the math wasent mathing..because it dosent show you anything other than what your getting..Ill never get into that trap again..not worth it.
